We usually leave happy.. we have been staying 9 nights with a 6 year old boy. The large room with its extra bed and everything that can make a room comfortable for so many days, without complaint... We must highlight certain points to improve... If it is forbidden to reserve hammocks, let it be!! It is absolutely impossible to get from the beach, eat, and find a free hammock in the afternoon. They all have towels, hammocks that are not used all afternoon, people leave their towel and do not appear, it is a shame and they should improve that aspect. 2. Let them turn off the jets from the kids' pools at 1 and 7 p.m., wrong. A closed circuit that does not drain water... What a minimum that for what you pay to stay, they have them until 2 and 8. 3. The mini club.. I think it needs a "refreshment" there are very old things and it is too big for such little thing. 4. The mattresses... Some change wouldn't hurt either. At least the one who touched us... Pretty trotted out. Regarding the proceedings: Good. The buffet has no complaint... Varied, the replenishment of the finish was correct, fast and the service, removing some waiter..., Pretty effective. We had great breakfast every day just like we ate. Prices...: I think you have to look at that point too: Small water at 2.50 eur... Coffees alone... 2.20 eur and 2.25 eur the American... The hotel, the location, facilities,... All right and comfortable. In short, ignoring those things I have recounted, our stay has been good, if I would recommend it and also come back.

Great place, delicious food, good service! Direct access to the great beach, delicious drinks at the beach bar! At the pool and on the beach were always enough sunbeds free. The conversation in the evening was pleasant, not intrusive. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. The location of our room was quiet. From the hotel are many beautiful places (Gibralter, Ronda, Sevilla, etc.) easily accessible. The transfer from the airport took about 50 minutes. Beach towels are available free of charge on deposit, almost all drinks are included in the AI package. Dinner is varied, we always found something delicious.

We were there as a family with a 7 year old daughter, had booked AllIn and were not disappointed. The standard room was big enough for the three of us. Our daughter had a place of a sofa bed that was sufficiently extendable for her. Our beds were at least 1 m wide. Only the rollers under our beds were not detectable, so we rolled away slightly when leaning against the wall. The balcony was a good size. The food was delicious. The selection of AllIn drinks was great. The facility was very well maintained. We visited the TUI Kids Club. There are 4 different age groups: 0-2,3-6,7-12,13-17 (without guarantee). We did not visit the legal club program very often, but looked professional. The Kids Club can be booked conveniently on site via the TUI app. The stand can be reached in a few minutes via a paved path and is very wide, long and well maintained. On the beach there is a bar that belongs to the hotel and belongs to the AllIn offer. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella can be rented for 12 € a day. We liked it so much that we will come back!

The hotel is great for children, the pools, the entertainment, the play area... but it is mainly focused on the German public; Breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., lunch is served from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. By 11:05, 15:35, and 22:05 ALL the food is collected. The evening shows are at 9:30 p.m., so if you want to go see them you have to have dinner at 8:30 p.m. The jets in the children's pool are removed at 7:00 p.m. and they close it (the same as the adults' pool) at 8:00 p.m. The pool bar closes at 7:00 p.m. sharp and the counter where they serve cold foods (sandwiches, cookies, donuts) at 6:00 p.m.; The hot food counter (fries, nuggets, hamburgers...) closes at 5:00 p.m. Conclusion, if you have a small child who takes a nap, when he wakes up and you go down to the pool in the afternoon everything will be closed. A shame, despite all the good things about the hotel, if they had warned me about these things I would have chosen another one.

Very fair 4 star hotel. Very disappointed with the quality/price of the hotel, so much so that I am writing the review without having finished the stay. We stayed for a week with my family (14 people) in 3 rooms, mine, in particular, was a family room to stay with my wife and my two small children. To begin with, the room is fairly spacious but the quality of the beds leaves a lot to be desired, the room is very old and the furniture is at least a century old, our room has a half-painted ceiling (see photos). The bathroom is very small and quite old. Also, in the bathroom, the sink faucet was bad and when you turned it on, a stream would constantly come out backwards, causing the entire countertop to become waterlogged. The pool theme is quite good, it has two medium-sized pools and another for children with splashes and such. One of the medium-sized pools is far from the others and there are few people and it is comfortable. Now we start the restaurant part, I had already read comments about it and unfortunately they have been true. The quality of the food is very very fair, very little variety in the food, it seems when you enter that there is a lot but the two food areas you see are the same but in duplicate. The grill part is the best, but if you don't move quickly you can run out of good fish, it happened to me with the salmon, they ran out halfway through the meal. Another complicated issue in the restaurant is the drinks, it is HORRIBLE how they have it organized. Having to order drinks from a waiter and having them bring you the soft drinks in glasses the size of Smurfs (3 drinks, 2 if they add ice, literally) is driving you crazy, you spend the whole meal even more waiting to catch the waiter to ask for a drink than enjoying the moment, and once you have asked for it, be ready to claim it because it takes hours to bring it and hopefully they haven't made a mistake when they finally bring it to you. Finally, regarding the restaurant, I have had to argue several times with the waiter because, depending on the day, they allowed us or not to put tables together so that the whole family could eat together. I complained about this point at the hotel, they agreed with me, indicating that there are no reasons not to let us put the tables together, because the next day the same problem occurred, which led me to make a complaint about it, here it is noted that the management of the Hotel leaves a lot to be desired, really. We get into the topic of nighttime entertainment, which is also very poor, the kids look forward to it, but the level is very low and there is no variety of groups, people, types of performances, it leaves you with a shabby aftertaste. We had everything included and well, I understand that they have to save money on places and such to make it profitable, but the bars' hours are not met (they didn't let me order 5 minutes before closing time) there are only drinks and, of course, new, in toy glasses that hold 2 centiliters. "Good" ice creams charge you extra and are little things that make your experience bad or unpleasant. I have left for last the only thing that saves the hotel and that is the location, the best area in Spain, almost right on the beach (but this is by no means a credit to those who manage this hotel). In short, very disappointed and we will not be returning. For the price, I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances and I would look for alternatives in the other hotels in the area.

Google Look, I've been coming to Hipotels for years, as a child I grew up here, and now when I'm older I come with my partner, but this year I'm completely disappointed. Now they remove the ashtrays from the lobby and delimit the area for smokers, we are people too, it is a family hotel okay, but there is a huge children's area, leave the pool area quiet for at least part of it for smoking. And then there is no beach bar, it's not because of the all-inclusive that I don't care, but what about the hammocks and beach umbrellas for this hotel? Do I have to go to the palace beach bar and pay 18 bucks with my partner to use the hammocks? It seems super bad to me, the truth is that it's disappointing this year

It wasn't the first time we'd been to the hotel and we were able to spend some very relaxing days there again. The complex itself is very well maintained, our room (apartment) was like a small apartment, which made living there with our daughter very pleasant, the buffet is simply delicious and varied and the care/entertainment on site is not intrusive, but just the right amount. The kids club supervisors were fantastic and thought of lots of great things for the kids. My highest respect and a huge thank you again to Lydia, Alfonso, Nina, Barbara, to name just a few of the great staff on site.

The hotel and the “surroundings” are really excellent for a family holiday.
Staff (especially animation and cleaning) super friendly and accommodating.
We felt extremely comfortable and ALL children got their money’s worth. There is a lot on offer (from sports for the adults to care for the little ones) and you can also relax quietly on the beach or in the “adult pool”.
Contrary to our fears, the food was also top quality and there was a great selection and we know really good hotels that don’t offer more here.
Overall, a great holiday and a good place to go for trips to Seville, Cadiz, Gibraltar etc.
We were only embarrassed by our German compatriots, who carefully reserved sunbeds and were obviously afraid of losing their innate right to a sunbed if they didn’t cover it with a nicely folded towel and secure it with clips/protected against the wind. This is of course necessary very early in the day in order to be able to use the sunbeds effectively in the afternoon. After all, you paid for it 🙈
There were more than enough loungers for all the guests.
We would definitely like to come back again...

Hello, it was the first time I went with my family to this area of Cadiz and being aware that we were going to a family hotel. This year I was very lucky to go to different hotels and areas and in all I managed to be very comfortable. In this case the Barrosa Garden Hotel has followed that line of improvement and good feelings.
Best of the Hotel: Your people, a 10 for reception, cleaning, show and of course yes Address. The facilities, also very good and the location...perfect, better impossible.
I always like to put the points where a hotel stands out and also the points of improvement or to develop... and there I go...
1.- Better management in the restoration for the different allergies. We had an incident that didn't go any further, but it could have been a scare. Both reception and management behaved very well with my daughter. In this section, it is important that food contains all the allergy information and if...it is possible that in many cases, due to cross-contamination, food is ordered directly from the kitchen, I know it generates more work, but health is the most important thing. On the other hand, the whole "Gluten Free" zone including the roaster, would separate it quite a lot from the rest of the restoration zones, there is space and it costs nothing. 2.- Towels and hammocks... well yes... I know it is something that happens in all hotels, but something must be done so that you do not have to go straight to pick them up almost without breakfast. 3.- Shows...here a slight note, because it is true that you are going in good direction, but a little more for domestic tourist, would not hurt.
In general, they are points that can be easily solved.
Of particular note
Basically, I said it at the beginning, the staff is very nice, you have to give a good "gift" to all the cleaning staff, they have everything perfect, both the common areas and the rooms, my congratulations.
Those responsible for the fun... well, the same, I don't know how they do it... but they never run out... I will have to leave 1 day to my girl... hehehe...
Facilities, location, restoration... out of 10, can't be better. All the very good food...I don't understand some criticism...and the desserts...for God's sake...tell me what pastry they are!!. A 10 for all catering staff...address note another little gift for them..
And finally, I like that the management team is in help mode in the restaurant, solving and providing peace of mind and order in all processes.
Surely we will come back... I don't know when... but I just hope you can enjoy it the same or better now.
A hug to the whole team!!...

- [ ] This was the first and last time in this hotel. You can forget about Hipotels. The food was inedible, rice, potatoes, cauliflower, etc... was all hard and reheated. The juices are very sweet and extremely diluted. The coffee in the coffee machines is made with powdered milk and doesn't taste like coffee at all. At breakfast there were almost exclusively unhealthy options and the food didn't look particularly fresh and everything was cold. - [ ] Everything is built in a very old-fashioned way. The family room was very old-fashioned. - [ ] The staff are very helpful, very friendly and helpful. However, that is not enough if you want to enjoy good food and relax on holiday. - [ ] I recommend that those responsible compare other hotels in the area. - [ ] In addition, there is a lot of noise at breakfast, made worse by the children's entertainment in the breakfast room. If you are not accompanied by children, I recommend choosing another hotel. In the evening, the music at the bar was unpleasantly loud. - [ ] My conclusion: despite higher prices, I would prefer to stay with the Iberostar chain in the future, where the food is of high quality and the vacation is more relaxing.
