We're repeat offenders. When you arrive, you are greeted very friendly with a glass of cava.
Everything runs smoothly and even after a very delayed flight you are right at home.;-)
The food is also varied this time, so everyone can find something. The audience isn't that great in some parts. Obviously, many men think it's nice for the other guests to come to dinner with flip flops and unkempt feet. But the hotel can only do something for that to a limited extent. It should go without saying to dress appropriately in a restaurant. But even women wear clothes that make you look away ashamed. The occupancy of the loungers , without using them in the day! is not just a German naught. On the other hand, the hotel has become active directly with information leaflets and rigorous intervention. We were partly ashamed of ourselves... even showering before you jump into the pool is no longer common.
Room as always top. Staff incredibly friendly and attentive. The reception top in several languages, always facing
and very striving to solve a problem(s).
Also surrounding restoration top. The beach, the loungers very well maintained.
I only gave 4 **** this time because I was annoyed with unkempt, scruffy, guests with bad manners. But this is also a matter of opinion;-)
I don't like to recommend this hotel because I'm afraid I'll weigh in soon. Booking out can no longer book a room🥹😅

Splendid hotel on the edge of a magnificent sandy beach, large swimming pool and sufficient beach beds. Very friendly staff. The whole area is new....Large room c, comfortable large double bedding and terrace facing the beach and the sea turquoise. I recommend choosing the sea view supplement, a quiet hotel reserved for adults.

Location is TOP. Endless walks on the beach.
Mattresses and pillows are 1 A!!
Everyone from the waiters to the reception... all VERY nice, friendly and very helpful.
Everything is right here.
Only this year I had to wait UNFORTUNATELY 3 hours for my room.
That was not so great!!
Wellness area with nude sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and pool.
Massages...
Bus ride from there to Chiclana (round trip) for 3 €.

The hotel is wonderfully located on the beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. The food is very good. I would have liked more variety in the selection of cheese and vegetarian options at breakfast. But that's really complaining at a high level. The parking situation around the hotel is a disaster, especially at weekends. We would definitely book here again.

A great place, well located, we love the endless beach. We had asked for a garden room upstairs and close to the sea and our wish was fulfilled. The hotel is spotless, the service, the housekeeping top. The food was tasty and varied, there was nothing missing. Definitely recommended, we have been to Barrosa Park several times and also to the Palace. Everything is really great, although the TUI Blue is naturally quieter than the park (adult hotel just now).

Great hotel. With a great location, great food, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
The beach in front of the door is a dream. Wide, white, kilometer-long sandy beach.
The food is of great quality and there is plenty of choice.
