We have been with IMSERSO the last ten November, we did not know Sancti Petri and the truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by Las Dunas. The apartment on the top floor was very comfortable and cozy with a splendid terrace and a detail, the shower tray did not slip. Mattresses were very hard and that we used to sleep on mattress over canapƩ, good note that if for pillows.
The buffet is fine in terms of desserts, salads and cheeses, but it goes down a lot in quality of cold cuts and in the main dishes. In the ten days we did not see a single fried mucoron or similar, a poor prawn, a piece of ham, bologna with olives was not missing. In an area famous for its fried fish is not of receipt its lack and do not apologize for the price, it can be done without going to ruin.
At the exit of the hotel, a few meters away there is a bus stop that brings you to the shopping areas, almost everything closed around this time, or to Chiclana being able to link there to other destinations, Cadiz, San Fernando, etc. To use this bus it is advisable to take a card of ten trips for 7 euros, the trip without card costs 1.50.
In short hotel with very good location, cozy and comfortable except mattresses with an acceptable but improveable buffet for a four star hotel despite the fact that IMSERSO paid little.
Special mention to the reception people, friendly and willing to help always and to a member of animation whose name I do not remember, who one night apparently quiet, took the stage and revolutionized everyone. It was the best night thanks to him.

We stayed for a week in July. The location is perfect, right on the beach with direct access from the apartments. The beach is also great, very clean, super wide, come on, a blast.
The apartments are good, with little furniture, but correct. Cleaning was good although we had to ask on several occasions for more soaps since there were four of us and they left us two.
The worst thing about the entire stay was the restaurant. We took half board and had to be patient every time we went to dinner. They have all the food located in the same place, all together, and the meat grills also in the same place, so everyone was located in the same place. An overwhelm of people located all together. The worst thing is that they had another completely closed area where they could have placed dishes and diversified the people.
Apart from the people, the plates and cutlery were conspicuous by their absence. Plates and cutlery were usually missing. They took out a few, they ran out and you had to order because they didn't take out.
And the worst was one of the days, where we saw ants crawling through the food. We notified the service, they said yes and did nothing about it.
In general I get the feeling that they offer a service but they want to spend as little as possible, obstacles with the soap, obstacles with the cutlery, obstacles with the number of dishes with closed areas, .........a lot of laziness having to walk behind them for the contracted service.
In short, if you are going to go, it is not worth taking anything except accommodation and preparing your own food in the apartment.

I will put the good and the less good first.
Thank you for accepting my suggestions upon arrival of the hotel and having booked in the location I would like. The team of workers all a 10, 3 pools to catch the one you want, there is always room on the sun loungers, animation a little poor, chiringuito pool very nice and prices at least on drinks good. Access to the very good beach of the hotel by a walkway direct to a very nice beach where there is a beach bar that belongs to the hotel.Very large public parking ,there is always some free place and a mini fair to be entertained seeing many stalls. The very nice large apartment with everything you need to live in it. We go with some negative things and I hope they will be resolved and take note of the direction. Breakfast well why you usually see everything normal in a breakfast, lunch well and rich, dinner for me the poorest, they should put some more dishes and I think lunch too. One thing that this year to be on the coast, I donā€™t say they put prawns but at least they should put a prawn day, another thing that shocked me that there was no breast at dinner and also no nuggets for the little ones neither at lunch nor dinner and they never put either choco or squid, the iron I saw a little poor.
Another thing that we went to claim several customers is that at noon we asked if they put the game of 9 and do not say with total certainty that yes, since the animation was at 10.30 and did not disturb. The surprise comes when we all go at 9 and we are told that there is order that the game is not put and we had to go to another hotel to see it. I want you to take note of direction and prepare a room for people to see the screens and not where it is animation.I see some opinions where it says there are ants, see it is a super maintained hotel and has a lot of green in the gardens it is normal that some enter, but if you do not want ants ask for silver 1 or 2 as I did. If you have Full Pension like me at a good price it is worth it, if you go out of budget I prefer to have breakfast alone and eat by the very nice restaurants and bars in the area. Well, the food I see is expensive for the menu, it is 20ā‚¬ per person. Here is my humble review. I'd come back if you corrected some things as exposed.
I repeat for what I have paid 3 people Full Pension, very good price taken in September.

I have been staying for 1 week, I was afraid because of some reviews.

We have returned delighted, comfortable and large room, with unbeatable views. Very familiar.

We were staying on half board. Finally a hotel with opening hours for Spaniards. Giving facilities to modify dinner by meal.
The food was very varied and of quality, all very good. Always fish and meat cooked to order.

You can park perfectly nearby. Located in a privileged area, with access walkway to the beach.

Outside the hotel there is a market, a fair and there are many places to eat, little shops and take a walk.

It may not be the most luxurious, but the location, pools where you could swim until late, no one told you anything, the very good food made it an unforgettable vacation.

100% recommendable

We are spending a weekend with family and friends and the stay was very good and the treatment at reception
The problem is due to the treatment of the subway. Alfonso spoke to us with very little politeness, we went to ask for a larger table so that several people could sit together and he answered us very badly and without any politeness and even at the end of the meal we went to try to talk to him and the treatment was even worse

We only liked the location of the hotel. I have read other comments and they are very far from our reality.
The attention at reception upon arrival has been terrible, a girl from practice (that's what it said on her badge) who, in addition to attending to us, answered the phone and other families who approached, resulting in poor attention to everyone and they gave us a super room late.
The disastrous dining room service has been REGRETTABLE. The food was running out and they weren't restocking, we asked for churros at breakfast and an older lady dressed in black told us in a very rude manner that there were only ones that had run out and wouldn't be restocked, the same at lunch and dinner, a null provision for reservations made and paid. The man who placed us at the tables was rude and discourteous, shouted and protested, he just wanted to argue.
They have not facilitated our late check-out, they have not generally provided us with anything necessary to have a pleasant stay.
Of course neither we nor our group of friends will return.
General discontent and NOT RECOMMENDED.
3 day stay.

We have been in this aparthotel for ten days and every other day our room was filled with ants... One of the times even with the closet closed we were filled with ants all the food we had. We were on bass and it seems a regular thing because of the maintenance guy's comments. I do not recommend this hotel

I stayed for a week with my family and the overall experience was second to none.

The Aparthotel system offers one bedroom apartment with an ample living room including a practical kitchen and a terrace overlooking La Barrosa beach, a more than 10km spectacular soft sand sunny beach reachable at 2 minutes walk from the apartments.

The apartment concept offers you not only privacy but the possibility of arranging everything as if you were at home, as you can find supermarket and shopping centers at a short walk. You can also enjoy the well organized restaurant and by the pool outdoor cafeteria of the Aparthotel if you donā€™t feel like cooking.

Walking along such a beautiful beach and having occasional dips in the sea is one of the best therapies to recharge in just 5 days!!

There are also two large swimming pools to make a perfect finish or complement of the beach experience.

The apartment can lodge up to 4 persons (using the convertible coach in the living room) which makes the price per person really affordable for a party of 2 or more.

Really commendable!!

In general the establishment is good, but it is intolerable and unjustified that they keep you waiting for more than 3 hours to give you a room, especially when you have made sure of the check-in time since you arrive after a 4-hour trip. That is something that has never happened to me in tourist accommodation stays around the world and that can never happen in accommodation of this category. Also, very bad reception at handling the complaint.

I recommend Las Dunas in terms of location, cleanliness and staff attention.
As for the tranquility and rest I give them a very poor. Our room was close to the reception building where an air conditioner made a constant noise, 24h, like having a family of crickets under the window and although we warned on 3 occasions it seemed that it had no solution. They took my details for a room change and didn't contact us. In addition, guests usually talk loudly when they leave the dining room, next to our room, impossible to rest. Tip: request a room away from this area.
