The cons: from what we were told, the connecting rooms are only located in the area with daytime and nighttime entertainment, so they are noisy, making it impossible to fall asleep until the performances are over. In addition, they faced a shady area, with trees in front without the sun shining on the balcony at any time. The cleanliness of the room and bathrooms was average, but not so in the common areas, which were impeccable. The rooms need remodeling, they have become outdated in furniture and sanitation. There is also a problem with ants, hundreds of them entered us, but the reception was very efficient and diligent, handling the complaint immediately. Being so large, access to the beach or the garage is far away depending on where the room is located. In short, a good hotel to spend a few days on vacation, although with its aspects that could be improved.

The rooms with sea views filled with joy. Rooms, although they are already a few years old, excellently maintained (even the silicone seals on the bathtub were "tiptop"

Breakfast and food of quality and quantity, workers both at reception and in general exceptional cleaners, waitresses etc. Facilities, swimming pools. Good animation.
My only complaint but not unimportant is the plague of ants that ruined my stay, which although I know it is not the hotel's fault should have a more scrupulous protocol.
When we get to the room we sort things out and leave them in place. From there we went to dinner, we were at the animation and back to the room to sleep.
When we arrived we were horrified to see ants salvaged on a table and by the bed. We called reception came immediately and changed rooms. We took just enough to the other room because they told us the next day they were going to disinfect us.
Well, about six in the morning I wake up with my whole face full of ants, we call the front desk and they tell us they're coming in five minutes.
Two or three hours passed and no one came to the room, we called the reception saying that they had told us they were coming in five minutes and we had been waiting three hours.
The answer was that right away the boss called us in a quarter of an hour.
Logically I told them that he either called me now or I was leaving the hotel.
At the moment the boss called me and they changed rooms. I did hear about pardoning the inconvenience at least ten times.
The boss I seem to remember that his name is Manolo put us in a room overlooking the sea and told us that he made sure there would be no more ants.
I told him that I didn’t care if I cared about the sea or anywhere but that there were no more ants in the room.
Well, still and all day we woke up with an Anthill in one corner of the room, which we told the cleaning and told us that the Ant Sanitizer Expert would be here.
I really don't understand that there isn't any criticism about it or it's just happened to me in all the rooms I've been.
I put three out of five because it's a good hotel, but knowing the problem they have with ants they should have a much more severe protocol. I already told the boss that if you go on vacation one week it's gonna cost you money waiting all year at least you get into bed and can rest. Apologies are worth once or twice but not 10.
I also noticed that the cleaners were carrying canisters for insecticides against ants. Then he doubted the healthiness of the rooms because I suspect they are pouring all over this spray that I do not know if it will be very healthy.
I think they should have at least had some detail, and I don't mean horizon views.
I already told the cleaner, what a shame of a hotel and she said yes.
Greetings.
The rooms are in themselves clean and nicely decorated, but a bit old. So there is still a shower tray in the bathroom, which I see as no longer contemporary and a barrier-free shower would be nicer.
The food both in the morning and in the evening is super diverse, in the evening there are always different topics and therefore a good change.
The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
My only criticism is the parking situation. This is unfortunately very exhausting. There are a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel, however, these are theoretically usable by anyone, as not restricted access and as plenty of hotels in the area are also in high demand. Alternatively, there is an underground car park from the hotel, but here the prices are very high. So you spend a lot of time looking for a parking space.
Nevertheless, I can only warmly recommend the hotel!
Part by part:
Good feelings when you cross the doors, clean and very nice hall area and pleasant receptionists and correct rooms with a very cozy terrace.
The hotel is "divided" into two areas. a quieter area with its own pool where games and disturbances are not allowed, it has its own bar and restaurant and at night it has a very nice and spacious area where they offer music and drinks. The other "part" of the hotel has the same thing (swimming pool, bar, entertainment area) but you can play in the pool. It is in this pool where all the water games and sports organized by the entertainment take place.
The only drawback I have is the price of the bar, very high prices but unfortunately it is the trend of all hotels, even if you have All Inclusive there are always top brand products that do not fit and the prices are very high.
The food is very very good, homemade sauces, homemade desserts, a multitude of different breads (tomato, onion, wheat with sesame). The truth is that we loved it, and it is the first time that they have a personalized buffet for children with a multitude of food designed only for the little ones, this surprised us, and if that were not enough they have small tables for them next to the large ones so that parents can enjoy with them and accompany them. Chapo for this!!!! Congratulations
My special mention goes to ANIMATION. I have no words... I don't know whether to criticize you or praise you. I explain. You are EXPECTACULAR, what I criticize you for is the following, clam, I am a strange father but when I go on vacation I like to enjoy them with my son. I don't want to say that I don't let him go with the entertainment because there are activities that I know he likes but I like spending time with him in the pool, going to the beach and playing with the sand, and what has happened to me this year... I didn't want to leave the mini club and like my son, many people were queuing up at 10:30 to get in, something I had never seen before. They even wanted to keep my 4-month-old baby because they have a daycare area and they accept babies with their cribs and everything, crazy.
the hours from 10:30 to 19:00 without a break, I have even seen some children taken to the dining room to eat, without words. Ah!!! and then the show at night, tireless. Don't think that it is only for children that there were also for adults. water polo, archery, aquagym, aquagym bicycles, volleyball and a multitude of other games. A real pass.
I hope to enjoy the experience again.

We also thought the food was wonderful, everything was there. Fresh and delicious, I think everyone will find something they like here.
The only thing I find a bit of a shame is the annoying occupation of the loungers in the morning before breakfast... if you want to relax and go to the pool after breakfast, you are often out of luck. But the hotel can't do anything about this bad habit.
In any case, we had a wonderful rest, the location right on the beach is perfect... we would love to come back and say thank you for everything!!!

The swimming pools are very good, with lots of well kept grassy area and lots of trees that give very good shade.
The rooms, although the furniture looks a bit old already, are very nice and are very spacious. To put a but, the shower water regulated the temperature somewhat poorly. I don't know if it's widespread or our shower knob was a little messed up.
The buffet food is very good in general, perhaps the dessert island could be somewhat repetitive if you go many days.
But if anything stands out above the rest, it is the hotel's animation. We have travelled with a 5 year old and was delighted with the mini club. They've got them super entertaining. Even one afternoon they put inflatables in the pool to be thrown by them.
In the mini club, children are allowed from 0 years old, which is not unusual in hotels. They have a room with cots if you want to leave them there for a while and go to rest at the pool or the beach.
The late night shows are very very good and there are some Disney themed specials for kids that are very hard-working, entertain both kids and adults.
Also highlight the location of the hotel that is on the beachfront with a walkway that takes you directly to it, the Barrosa beach, of the best in Spain but the best.
This said, in general a highly recommended hotel especially for family travel is an ideal destination.
This is a somewhat older woman, blonde and with a foreign accent. First of all, the guidelines he gave me to get to my room were dire, starting because he told me that although the number of the room I had been assigned started by 2 the room was on the first floor, which I was surprised because always the first number indicates the floor, but since I did not know the hotel, I trusted.
Afterwards, the directions I had to go to find the elevator to take me to my room were also abysmal: he told me to go right and all the way forward until I found an elevator in a lobby. I was hanging around for quite a while, because I had to walk another corridor with rooms on both sides until I reached the elevator, which this lady did not tell me. Good thing I found a floor waitress, who was super friendly, I don’t know her name, who accompanied me to the elevator that took me to my room and clarified that it was on the second floor, as I assumed. From here, my sincere thanks to her.
This reception lady only gave me a role where the buffets, terrace shows and restaurants came from. He didn’t inform me of anything else, or the activities that were done in the pool, that I would have been very interested in or nothing else. Not even telling me that from my room across the garden, the Zahara Buffet arrived immediately.
On the last day of my stay, I found out about these activities thanks to a screen next to the Zahara Buffet, then I went to ask the animation team that they were all super nice to me, they were very sorry for what had happened, but the fault was not theirs. In fact, one of the animation team, I don't know her name, looked for me in the pool and was talking to me. Finally, I was able to participate in the Pool Biking class and the Agua Zumba class, but only one day when I wanted to participate more. My sincere thanks to the girls of the animation team, especially Fatima.
On the day of my departure, at check out I told the reception girl who attended me what happened to me on arrival. He knew right away who I meant and I was very surprised when he told me that person was not from Reception. I told him I wore it worse, that I didn’t understand why a person was at the Reception looking after guests on arrival when it didn’t even belong to Reception and it was clear that I couldn’t look after people. I told him that when we arrive at a hotel we do not know, the first people we meet are those at the Reception and we hope they will give us the right guidelines to make our stay as good as possible.
Otherwise, my stay was very good: the very good room with side view of the sea and the pool garden, the very varied and good buffets and except for that lady, I felt very well taken care of by all the employees.
My sincerest thanks to all of them.
