Basically a full service parking lot campground beside the highway that’s good for an over night stop. Definitely not worth $50 especially as the pool wasn’t opened yet. Whoever said the traffic noise is muffled by the trees must be hearing impaired because the noise is 24hours a day! The non-gender bathroom was clean but if you’re uncomfortable sharing with a stranger of the opposite sex you might want to give it a pass. We chose this campground based on the photos & reviews and were very disappointed ☹️

Nice enough campground as far as trees and services however they still charge full price for limited amenities. Pool not open, limited shower times. Our stall backed onto playground which had garbage in it. We felt it was overpriced.

We have stayed here many times and many more to come. Why? Because it’s like being in the country. It has that rustic feel of an older campground with modern amenities. There is plenty of room for large units with smaller sites to match your needs all with the appropriate services. The management will try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you love East Indian food, you must try their ‘ Butter Chicken’ dish 😋.

We stayed here overnight and we had no problem with our check in at all. Very friendly owners. Our site had 50 amp and full hookup with a nice level spot after disconnecting from our 43 foot fifth wheel. Still had lots of room for our F250 diesel truck. Not everyone knows it but if you ask at the front desk you can order the best Indian dishes you will ever have. Sites were clean and the road noise was very minimal. Reserve ahead if you can because it fills up fast. Right along a River so you can fish. We had an all out great stay.

This was my first KOA on my journey across Canada. I have more booked and I sure hope the next one is better! I’ve always heard how great these are supposed to be but I would not come back to this one!
The sites themselves aren’t bad, but the entire place is in desperate need of some maintenance!
The showers and laundry are right off the store/gas station and they are small and horribly run down.
A little maintenance would go a long way!
It appears that the people running it bought a store and gas station which happen to come with a campground. Would not stay here again. And of course it’s right beside the highway. Convenient, but loud.

We set off for our first ever RV trip across the country due to the COVID pandemic. This site was a typical KOA. It is located a little close to the highway I would say, which meant that there was traffic noise overnight and early in the morning. It was late in the seaons but we were still disappointed that the washrooms were closed.

My wife and I have camped for years but this was the most unusual situation we've ever come across. The campground's new shower building is "unisex" as we were later told. Although there are doored-stalls for the separate toilets and showers, they are not enclosed which makes for an open, uncomfortable area shared by men, women and children. Additionally, the urinal area has small swinging doors that don't lock. The whole situation is ridiculous. My wife and I won't be back.

Sorry that you weren't happy with our new "unisex" bath house it is not completely enclosed but has very high walls to keep the stalls well ventilated and fresh, we do have 2nd facility by the pool and splash pad that is fully enclosed if you ever try us again! your comments are very valuable and if that is a big concern by other guests then we will upgrade them in time.

This campsite is only 30 minutes from the Forks. It is right on the Trans Canada Highway #1. It is a smaller spot for tourists. We just really wanted to just relax along the banks of the Assiniboine River while we enjoyed our camping experience, but Mother Nature had other plans. A vicious summer storm ripped through the campgrounds causing some damage and some flooding. There was a also a power outage and reports of funnel clouds. The owners were very helpful and ensured that their guests were safe.

I actually would have given it 3.5 stars. I stayed a night on my way through and this was a more than adequate location. It was a it close to the highway however, I knew that ahead of time and it was convenient. I'll though the road is close the sites are well shielded with trees.

I can't say enough about the cleaning. The showers and washroom facilities were fastidious. It didn't matter what time of day. My only real complaint was the store was very poorly stocked and considering there is no real alternatives that was a disappointment.

Located directly off the busy Trans-Canada highway, it is accessed from an Esso gas station. On arrival I found 2 motorhomes parked and a multitude of cars looking for gas. Consequently, we had to stop on the short exit ramp from the busy highway. Check in is at the gas station.

Interior roads are dirt and the road to our site had numerous potholes. Our site is long and fairly wide, but had deep muddy tire ruts, which I had to fill prior to entering the site. Our site slopes to the rear, requiring a number of pads on the rear jacks. Services are minimal and trees at our site block the satellites. Weeds are everywhere and what little grass they have is poorly maintained. Free wi-fi is available, but other than early morning it is slow.

Road noise from the busy highway is constant.

Last night, while sitting outside about sunset, we observed them driving around in a golf cart spraying chemicals, without any warning.

We have stayed in many KOA's and this is by far the worst ever. We have a reservation in September and it is being cancelled.

The place is a nice place depending on which site you pay for if you go for the premium you get a sunny spot but this camp is in the middle of no where, the normal spots are under trees and they have "locals or long timers" that make allot of noise and the shade is depressing. This location is connected to the Esso gas station which are nice owners but it's always busy because they also have a restaurant. It's worth a shot if for a night but there are much nicer places along the route.
