Could be considered a bit of a money grabber. Pay for everything, we paid a fairly big price I thought decent money, only to find I received an email the week before we left offering really cheap rates we are talking $1000 and then I thought well maybe we would get really top notch room. This is our second time...

Delighted to arrive at the two bedroom apartment to find it had an amazing view from the 15th floor, comfortable modern furnishings and even decent artworks on the walls! It was a perfect location, just a few minutes up to the cafes and restaurants and shops on Tedder Street. We weren't there for the beach, but enjoyed the ocean views.

Xcellent Xanadu indeed! Why? 1) location, location, location. 2) To walk the beach. Life guards on duty nearby for swimming. 3) to walk to restaurants. 4) to have a sauna on a cool day. 5) to have a swim in the indoor pool if the outdoor pool is too cold. 6) air conditioned room. 7) we had to travel there...

We stayed 2 nights in a 1 bed apartment on 15th floor. It was a lovely stay very comfortable with plenty of space, great views of the beach, and very close to main beach and Tedder Ave for some great cafes/restaurants. Great location is very handy to Southport, Surfers Paradise and of course Main Beach.

Stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment on the 16th floor and enjoyed every minute of it. Modern decor, air conditioned, well appointed kitchen with spectacular views of the ocean. Had friends over for drinks on the balcony and watched the sun go down. Recommend highly.

We stayed for two nights in a two bedroom ocean view apartment (apartment 45) & had a great time here. The apartment was huge - lots of living space with a big loungeroom as well as a dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, walk-in robe and two balconies. Both the bedrooms were a good size and the main bedroom looked...

We stayed at Xanadu east tower floor 9 room 28 and it was fantastic! Beautiful apartment. We were a bit worried about the cream carpet and kids but we just ate outside with the most fantastic view of the oven. Very near great places to eat.

We stayed in North Tower again in a central apartment for 10 days in Jan 2017. The apartment was spotless and well equipped as usual, with 3 very tall teenage sons the large and newish looking leather lounge with chaise lounge was very handy indeed as was them having their own bathroom, bedroom and balcony area on the OTHER side...
