We used these apartments to have a holiday break with our two young grandchildren aged 8 and 6. These apartments may be starting to show their age but they are really all you could want for on a family holiday. The apartment we had on the ground floor was spacious and equipped with all the necessities - dishwasher, washing machine...

My family stayed for 6 nights at the apartment. The following were our experiences : Pro : 1) The reception service was excellent, especially Jenny. She was most helpful. 2) Value for money. Environment was safe and peaceful. 3) The water view was excellent. 4) The reception can do tour bookings with special prices. 5) No extra charges for payment...

Pelican Cove is a great family friendly place to stay. We have stayed here twice before and have booked to come back next year, it is a lovely quiet location away from the busy Gold coast, a street away from the broad water which is enjoyable to walk around. Well furnished rooms with nice views. One block from Broadwater. Very close to amenities. It's close to the theme parks and Surfurs Paradise. Only 5 minutes to major shopping centre Harbour Town. Excellent services. Strongly recommended.

A little out of Surfers so away from the noise, close to Fun Parks and Harbour town 3 minutes drive, nice and quiet so really good for sleeping. Tennis court for the kids, pool as well. Clean tidy and lots of space in the units. If you don't want to be in the heart of Surfers, this is the place....

Absolutely fantastic stay. Apartment was beautiful, large sized rooms, wonderful bathrooms. Laundry facilities- washing machine and dryer. TV with foxtel and all digital channels. Wonderful heated pool and spa heated from 3pm to 9pm. Reception workers were polite and kind, very helpful. Wonderful price, just a quick walk from the beach and a beautiful area.

Pelican Cove apartments is a very quiet set of low Rise units overlooking the canal and a short stroll to the broadwater. a lovely spot - nice Gardens a mini tennis court 2 pools and spa (was only one pool heated at the time and still a little too cool for but the kids even thought it chilly) close to...

We have stayed here 3 times and love this quiet spot with warm swimming pools and large courtyard by the water. It is 4km north of the race starting line with a bus stop to get you there a few minutes walk away. It is a block away from the foreshore where you can view most of the races. There...

What an amazing family friendly place to stay. Close to the theme parks and shops. Awesome staff and facilities. Thank you for a great holiday. We will be recommending your holidays apartments to all our friends and family and we will be staying again next year xxx

We stayed here as part of a travelling sports group, a great place for many families to stay, quiet,(until we all arrived) very friendly staff with large spaces units with everything you need in them. Highly recommend
