We arrived late in Corsica so this was ideal after collecting the hire car, literally a 2 minute drive. Place is nice, clean and owners are friendly. Worth staying here on first or last night for location.

After a week touring around Corsica, I found the location of this hotel perfect as it is only a 10 min drive to the airport. It is impossible however to walk towards the airport as there was no sidewalk and still a bit far to walk. We just needed a place to stay close to Bastia airport the following day. There are no restaurants nearby but the host can make food. The food lacked taste but we were tired to look for a restaurant nearby. I wish we bothered though. We had the opportunity to go to Hertz the day before to have them checked the car we rented due to a dent we discovered. Going back to the hotel, their room has everything we needed. The couple who ran the hotel were very nice. They woke up early to prepare our breakfast. You can also opt not to order breakfast and just buy food in the airport. Their aircondition works very well. I highly recommend this one for those travellers with early morning flight out of Bastia airport.

A nicely finished hotel with good, clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and very good food. There was no noise from the airport overnight but were were there in late November so perhaps it may be busier overnight in the summer. The only small niggle was that there was an irritating fan that vibrated during the night that we couldn't track down. The hotel is 1.5km from the airport so is very convenient. Left too early for breakfast but the evening meal was very good indeed.

This Auberge is comfortable, with bright decor and helpful management. It is not luxurious but it is very clean, has good bedrooms with comfortable beds, a fair sized bathroom with plenty of shampoos/washes, and has a nice garden area with a good view of the mountains. The home cooked, French Country style meals were excellent. It is convenient for the airport and buses to Bastia. It is family managed by a couple who will go to much trouble to see that you are catered for. As I said, it is not luxurious, but it has charm, courtesy and friendliness, with great value for money.. Would I come again ? Yes, and I would recommend to like minded friends.

We wanted to be near the airport for an early flight. This was a mistake. First it could not be found on either of 2 GPS units we had. The address is just a road. It was the only place in 2 weeks in Sardinia and Corsica that we needed to stop and ask directions in gas stations. We were nervous when we did find it. Parking lot empty and an older man giving us dirty looks as we pulled in. Not welcoming at all. They make you pay 1/2 ahead of time to hold the reservation which I usually don't mind but if I hadn't we would have left. We still should have left. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a permeating, nauseating perfumey smell in the room. I thought I would get used to it but I didn't. During the night while not sleeping, I tried putting towels over the pillow to mask the smell. Think AXE (men's cheap deodorant/cologne) sprayed all over the bedding. There is no where to eat around there, and the only thing it has going for it is it is cheap. The wifi is not good either. I am so sorry we ended our beautiful 2 week trip here.
