Correct rooms for their 3* category, perhaps a little small, careful cleaning, very good location and the buffet is small but more than enough, well cooked and well presented with very good quality food. One aspect to improve... the elevators are very slow and during rush hour you have to wait a while. On the other hand, and as a travel agent I have experienced it firsthand, this is not the first time it has happened to me, in what absurd way travel agencies are always blamed for requests or observations requested. We had requested through the hotel reception two rooms, one double with a shower, for my parents who are already elderly, and a triple for us, well upon arrival the double was with a bathtub and the triple with a shower, we discussed it at reception and Adrián tells us that this is the fault of the agency that has not made the request correctly, to which I answered, how??? I am the travel agent who managed the reservation and who made the request by phone to the hotel, telling me that there was no problem in responding to the request, to which Adrián answers that it is noted down and for the second time he blames again. to the agency that has not known how to manage or indicate how the distribution of the rooms would be and for the second time I indicate that I am the travel agent. Just highlight that travel agencies are not the catch-all where all hoteliers' excuses are deposited. To say that this small detail should not overshadow the rest of the hotel's services.

Stayed in June as a couple. Very nice welcome, smiling and helpful at the reception throughout the stay. Pension slightly set back from the beach, 2 elevators to the floors (there are 10 or 11) so do not be in a hurry when you have a room beyond the 3rd floor.

The restaurant is correct and quite varied in buffet form, the welcome is medium to good depending on the staff. Loud when there is a show on the ground floor because open space.
We have not tested ancillary services like swimming pool, massages, sauna, top floor bar (evening until midnight).

Rooms overlooking the front of the Inn are a bit noisy at night as some surrounding establishments close late at night or early in the morning with uninhibited guests. Garbagemen are pretty good too.

A big black spot, the shameful gym in the basement with weight machines in very bad condition, no dumbbells and 80s-style cardio machines, so for addicts, head to the room by the stairs for push-ups and squatting with mom on your shoulders.

For those who will have a car, the Pension car park in the basement is in row, small and very narrow, not given, it is easy to rub the walls and pillars. In June, there are free seats on the adjacent streets without having to walk too much.

In the end, Good Pension despite 1-2 small things, well placed for the beach.

One of the best stays.
The staff were super friendly, both the reception staff and the restaurant staff, charming and very very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean.
It is much better than many 4 star hotels.
We made the reservation through their website and they gave us a €39 voucher to spend at the restaurant/beach bar.
In the room they left us a welcome bottle of water and when we left they gave us another bottle for the trip.

Very kind. The stay was perfect, everything very clean, the breakfast was great, the beds were very comfortable... In addition, after having checked out they let us stay at the hotel facilities enjoying the pool and offered us options to take the sand off the beach.

We had already been there again and the second visit did not disappoint, cross a street and you are on the beach, next to two other hotels of the same chain in an area with many bars and restaurants, very clean room, as well as the rest of the hotel, I have no complaints about the staff, friendly or at least correct in their attention, highlighting Jesús, who we enjoyed his cocktails on the chill out terrace the other time we were there, since it was October it was already closed, so I was in the dining room with the kindness and friendliness that characterizes it, the buffet is a little repetitive, the food is well seasoned and the breakfast is very complete. As an RH client they give you a gift voucher to enjoy at the hotel bar or at the beach bar that also It is from the RH hotels, and a 10% discount on drinks. Regarding the latter, they want to make a point, by telling the waiters to charge it to our room, even remembering that we were clients, they have not applied it to us. the discount on some drinks, I think the discount should appear automatically and not have to go around complaining later, which in the end I didn't do.

The experience has been very good. It's like you say come home. The room was great. The food was very good but since it was September some dishes were removed from the menu and they told us that the grill would be available on the 23rd as well. I think they should maintain the quality of the months of July and August because September is already high season since the hotel was full. The kindness of Lucy and Jesús must be highlighted. They are two old faces who make the service pleasant, friendly and solve any problem in a second. I couldn't say the same about some of the people in the dining room. Charming reception with a smile on your face for any questions. Spa and animation good. Perfect beach bar.
As you say, it's like coming home.

This hotel has surprised us for good.
We stayed in room 1001
The room is spectacular, very spacious , with jacuzzi and stunning views of the whole area, including the beautiful beach.
The workers who prepare the hab work very well, leave everything clean, equipped and quickly
The dining room, present quality food and very well prepared for 3-star hotel
Mention Chloe and Magda, who from day one have been watching every need and have had many details.
Small but new spa
Small but new pools and not many people
I had a massage with Mariana... what a good Pro, left me new you can tell she knows what she does
Overall we liked it a lot
We'll be back.

We called to ask if there was acting and if we could go, they replied that if and when we were sitting at a table to ask for a drink, they did not kick saying they needed the tables for those staying there, being that there were plenty of tables free. Nowhere in the world has such a thing happened to me. It is a lack of everything on the part of the hotel and its leaders. I will never go into that hotel again or recommend it to anyone,

The hotel is phenomenal, the staff is very attentive, the facilities are very good, the distance to the beach is five minutes, we went as a family with our son and we were very comfortable. The buffet was very varied and very well cooked, the service of the waiters (all young guys) was very attentive and very helpful. The terrace bar is great with live performances, the waiter is a really good guy. The reception workers responded wonderfully to everything you asked and helped you with everything. The daily entertainment that they normally did in the cafeteria lounge was great, there was a great man who directed it who was also very good. In short, for us it was great, and we were on vacation very comfortable, very comfortable, we ate what we wanted, we drank without leaving there outdoors very well. 100% recommended.
