The Bitzaro Palace stands out as being a lovely hotel. The welcome on check in was very friendly, beware Sophies scissors though :-). Our room was lovely and overlooking the pool, the staff everywhere were delightful, the food was delicious too. There are plenty of sun loungers either around the pool or in the garden. The selection of drinks was...

We have just arrived back already missing the peaceful setting of this fantastic hotel. I would say this is almost perfect for couples who want a relaxing holiday. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the pool and decking area are peaceful as there is no kids club at this resort, so you aren't constantly being asked to join in...

Stayed here in July of this summer and what a lovely hotel it was! I was very impressed with all of the staff which worked tirelessly to make sure we were having a lovely stay. I'd like to say a massive thank you the 2 Thomson twins Georgie and Beth as they were superb and a great credit to Thomson!...

How lovely to visit Zante again in October. Our choice of Hotel this year was the Bitzaro Palace and we were so happy to be there. When we arrived we were met by the receptionist who explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and a guy who handled our luggage for us. Our accommodation was so comfortable and...

We had a fabulous week at the Bitzaro Palace. From when we arrived and found that they’d kept lunch open past the advertised time so that arrivals could have a good meal, staff were always willing to go out of their way to give guests a wonderful experience. The food was really good – soups, salads, main courses all excellent....
