Came here, bed and breakfast, for three hundred quid a pop. The reception were good, quick and friendly, although late season tiredness seemed to creep in occasionally during the week, with the odd unexpectedly snappy retort, but probably not unfounded, when this thick Englishman couldn't understand the bus timetable. The bus stop is only thirty yards from the hotel and...

This is the third time we have stayed at the Exotica. As usual we received a warm welcome from Sevi on arrival. We had a nice room with a pool view and a large balcony. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean and was serviced daily and towels changed frequently. breakfast was good and plentiful. Sevi and her team were...

Family Holiday, 2 adults and 1 child aged 10, 23/07/16-5/08/16. Great family hotel would've gone back next year but, hotel has been sold and will be an AI spa hotel next year. What a shame. Located centrally on the Strip and ideal for bars, taverns and restaurants and also a short walk to the beach.

We stayed at The Exotica in September for a week and can honestly say it impressed me, the room was kept very clean thanks to the lovely daily maid, cant say enough about the friendly snack bar staff and the wonderful barman Anthony who made our stay special. Met some lovely people around the spacious pool/bar and would quite honestly...

Spent a week at the Exotica mid-September but would not want to go back unless there were major improvements. The rooms are basic and tired - old furniture, uncomfortable beds, shower head never been descaled. We were allocated rooms 309 and 310 at ground level at the rear of the building furthest from the road. Unfortunately these faced the airport...

Read on trip advisor reviews and still booked, so knew what I was expecting. For us it is good. I didn't pay for the Savoy or the Hilton. Sevi on reception couldn't be more helpful. Atm swallowed my card, hotel gave me an loan until it was sorted, made phone calls etc. Great location, room basic yes, but clean, no...

We have just returned from an amazing holiday here! The hotel itself is in a perfect location. Kalamaki is a quiet tranquil spot, but still with its bars and restaurants and laganas is only €8 away in a taxi if you prefer the busier night life. The turtle nesting beach is right around the corner and is lovely to walk...

We have just returned from 10 days at the Exotica and sadly will not be going back. The pool bar staff are exceptional and very friendly however this is the best I can say about the hotel. The breakfast was the most basic I have experienced, no bacon, sausages or fresh fruit were ever served. You had to like toast,...
