We stayed here for 2 weeks in late September/early October. Incredibly friendly staff throughout. Our room was large and modern, kept super clean by staff. The food was great and varied, there was something for everyone. There were special chef nights with live cooking. The beach is 2-3 minutes away and there are lots of restaurants and shops very close by. You can walk along the beach to Laganas, and the Main Street of Kalamaki is only 15 mins walk. We will def be back here, just love this area of Zante, and this hotel was such a joy to stay at.

Had the best 2 weeks holiday at this hotel, food is amazing so much choice and never repetitive. The staff are so friendly and helpful and work so hard. It’s two minutes walk to the beach and a couple minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. I love Kalamaki resort. So much so we have booked to go back again in June 2022. Thanks again from Ginetta and Anne see you again next year!

This is not a 4* hotel as advertised. Food mediocre, poor choice, lukewarm, repetitive. Very little fresh fruit or vegetables. Vegetarians would really struggle as only one dish each evening and that tended to be aubergines. Poor selection of drinks. Rooms clean and tidy. Bed ok but pillows terrible. Pool very cold, spa pool didn’t work, flies and wasps everywhere outside - did not make for a relaxing lay by the pool. Grass long and needed cutting. Generally in need of renovating outside. Cold, unwelcoming reception area Staff friendly and helpful Everything was shut and boarded up in surrounding area, Short walk to beach but not great beach. No sun loungers, nowhere to get drinks, ice cream etc Generally disappointing hotel, area and island . Will not be returning.

We booked a family room for our stay with one child and there was plenty of room for us all. The room didn’t really have a view but the balcony was good to unwind after a long day around the pool. The only real issue with our room was that the shower leaked and left the bathroom very slippery, we had to use a lot of towels to prevent this leaking into the main room. WiFi at the hotel was basically pointless unless you sat in reception and even then it wasn’t great. Unfortunately there was no entertainment either but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel and didn’t greatly affect our stay, other than we spent more time at the local bars on an evening. The food in my opinion was the main strong point for this hotel everything we tried was cooked amazingly and the show food on an evening was very good. The bar is small but they have an extensive cocktail list that was included in the all inclusive. The pool was quiet and the kids were allowed to play to their hearts content, inflatables were allowed also. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach which was also amazing. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful stay with good service.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Great location friendly helpful staff, very clean. Food good my only criticism is not very hot which i know is difficult when catering for so many. An easy fix would to have microwave if people wanted to reheat. Would definitely return.
