What a gem of a hotel!
Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in all areas.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Lovely choice of restaurants/ bars to eat and drink at.
The pool areas were fabulous, we were able to get sunbeds every day with no issues. Chilled atmosphere most days by the pool with live music - it was a little louder on the day there was a DJ playing but it's Ibiza so this was welcomed!
Great location - about a 20-25 minute walk to Ibiza and Hi but if you didn't want to walk in the heat, the hotel would organise a taxi which arrived within minutes and cost 8-10 euros. The walk from Ushuaia back to the hotel along the beach was perfect!!
The hotel is also minutes away from the sea ferry over to Ibiza Old Town which was gorgeous! A taxi to San Antonio (Cafe Mambo, Cafe del Mar etc) was around 35 euros. The hotel also organised this for us.
There is a shop nearby selling food, alcohol, toiletries etc.
There were loads of lovely bars and restaurants around the hotel overlooking the beach.
The room was lovely - very clean and very well equipped bathroom including a hair drier. I'd highly recommend booking a sea view room, the view was gorgeous!
Room service for food or drinks was also available and was reasonably priced and very quick!
The hotel also offered the use of a shower area to use which is very useful as we had a later flight.

What an extraordinary place! The pictures on the hotel website just don't do it justice. The standard of the reception, pool, restaurant, bar, pool bar, adults sun deck etc are palacial. All the bar, pool and reception staff were so freindly and helpful. I travelled for a work convention but I brought my wife and son along as well. Everyone at the hotel made their experience wonderful. The positioning and shape of the pool area meant that there were no bad/cold/shady spots at all and alsol meant that every position had a panoramic view of the ocean and the beautiful hotel grounds. There was live music during the day every day we were there. We stayed from Tuesday through Friday (14-17th May 2024). The hotel is just a 10 minute taxi (16 euros) from the airport and is positioned right on the beach with access to tons of local shops and restaurants. There is also a water bus leaving on the hour for 9.50 EUR return to the old town which has lots of points of interests and great local shopping and restaurants. We stayed in room 233 which has it's own medium sized balcony over the pool, bar area and with a stunning sea view. The manager Dennis was also on hand throughout our stay as our company held events over a couple days. He was amazing and the events were incredibly well managed. We didn't ge t achance to try the spa but I did see several masage appointments happening outside in a little tiki hut with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was insanely good and again, the view takes your breath away. Cannot recommend enough!

We were originally booked at a hotel about 8 mins away, and it was absolutely vile. After a quick Google search and after reading reviews, my partner and I took a walk to Torre Del Mar to have a look and see if we wanted to/could book there instead.
We were originally greeted by the most lovely woman on reception, Laura, who was kind enough to show us one the rooms.
She spoke with such adoration about the hotel, as did a couple of the guests we spoke to, and within 20 minutes, we'd booked and paid for the remainder of our stay.
The hotel itself is flawless. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, and nothing is too much for them.
The room was spotless, absolutely stunning, comfortable, and with views that were just second to none.
We thought it couldn't get any better until we went for breakfast, where we sat on a terrace overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was served up by attentive and skilled kitchen staff cooking up everything you could ever want (I'm talking everything from churros and waffles, through to cooked breakfast, pastries, and omelettes made to order), tables were sparkling clean, and the restaurant staff were so welcoming.
The hotel outside area was so beautiful we didn't want to leave either - drinks were reasonably priced, as was the food, and the views were stunning.
We loved our stay so much, we've already booked for a week next year and I can't wait to go back!
Highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you're after peace and quiet, luxury, stunning views, a great location and staff that truly care.

The Hotel Torre del Mar is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect from beginning to end. Each and every staff member was friendly, polite and helpful; the hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully designed; breakfast was wonderful with some dishes changing daily so there was variety; the hotel is in a fantastic location on the seafront with stunning views. We stayed in a junior suite on the 6th floor which had a large balcony and panoramic views. The daily complimentary mini bar service was a lovely surprise enabling us to order beer or wine and soft drinks daily. The beds were very comfortable and the shower and toiletries in the bathroom were excellent. The spa pool is quite small but seemed to be well used. The outdoor pool was too cold for us to swim in but it was lovely sunbathing around it, looking out to sea. We enjoyed a lovely walk along Playa d'en Bossa beach and walked into Ibiza town too. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants 5-10 mins walk away along the seafront at Figueretas, the walk into the old town takes longer but is well worth a visit. We didn't want to leave and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our holiday so perfect.

We stayed here for a Babymoon in October 2022. The hotel was apparently one of the very first luxury hotels on the island and has had a face lift in more recent times. This made sense as some parts of it seemed fresh and new; like the outdoor bar and pool area which are classy, beautiful and stands out from the other hotel pools along Playa D'en Bossa. However other areas felt dated; like the kitsch indoor lobby/reception and the lifts that were too small for more than a couple of people at a time.

When we arrived the indoor reception and lobby smelt very clinical, like it had just been disinfected. I also wasn't impressed that when we checked in during the late evening, tired from travel and me being heavily pregnant, they barely welcomed us before expecting us to pay upfront for the rest of the stay. (I really wasn't expecting this especially considering I had already paid for the first night when I made the booking a month ago.) I have never been asked by a hotel to pay for the whole stay upon arrival - what if we saw the room and decided we wanted to stay elsewhere?!

Luckily this wasn't the case. The room was a decent size, very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea and the pool area. (I definitely recommend booking a sea view room, otherwise you get the car park.) The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower large and powerful. However considering it's a luxury hotel, I'd have appreciated a few more toiletries and more than just water in the minibar. Robes and slippers would have been good too.

The breakfast buffet had loads of choice and stunning morning views of the sea and old town. There was a relaxed atmosphere in the outdoor bar/restaurant to sip a coffee or enjoy a bowl of paella and there was live music entertainments most evenings. The dinner/lunch restaurant menu could have had some more options, especially for vegetarians, but the staff were warm and friendly.

My last complaint is that I wasn't told until I tried to access the spa that it would cost another 18 euros for me to use the indoor pool. Why? Because I hadn't booked the hotel directly through the hotel's website and had used Bookings.com instead.... This was especially annoying as one of the reasons I booked Torre del Mar was for the indoor pool! I really didn't want to pay extra so made do with the outdoor pool and luckily the weather was warm to still enjoy it.

Location wises, the hotel was a great base for us to explore the rest of the island by car and overall we enjoyed our stay. However for the price of a luxury hotel, I felt a few improvements could be made to make it more deserving of a five star review.

Hotel
The hotel and staff were 5 star, the service we received was amazing and the staff never stop while they're working, always going above and beyond for the guests. I even informed them about an anniversary we were celebrating and my partners birthday to which we received a bottle of cava and lovely notes on both occasions. I even requested some preferences for our room location which were well listened to and greatly appreciated. We opted for the sea view room and it was spectacular, I couldn't get my partner off the balcony most days, highly recommend (room 610 - top floor). We even woke up for the sunrise one morning which was spectacular. The room was a lovely size and always cleaned well when we asked for it to be cleaned.

Location
Unfortunately we did not like the location this hotel was in as we wanted to relax and werent into the party scene but that was our mistake for choosing the location. If we could pick up that hotel and put it closer to the old town, it would be perfect. However, the hotel is right next to a small port which we got boats to the old town most days, cheaper than taxis and a much better way to see the island.

Food
The breakfast was amazing, catered for everyone and offered a variety of different options each day. There was the typical breakfast options, with english bacon, an omelete station and fresh egg station. They also alternated offering fresh croissant ham and cheese sandwiches, ham and cheese toasties, waffles, pancakes, assorted pastries! The different fruit and fruit juices were our favourite. We even had our lunch a few times throughout our stay and they were excellent. Although I would say they weren't typical snack options like toasties, paninis, but they did offer burgers, a club sandwich, a few sharer plates so there is something for everyone.

The only downsides to the hotel were the location which we thought let it down due to such a beautiful hotel being in a rough area of Ibiza. Also, the hotel is close to the airport so you can hear the planes go over every 5 minutes but its not loud enough to spoil your stay.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. It is very clean, tidy and has a very sleek modern style. The room was excellent. I had a sea view which was exactly that. The shower was very spacious and always had water and the pressure was great. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were always at a pleasurable temperature.

The breakfast was everything you could possibly want and being self service you could go back for as much as you wanted. Being a person who loves their food I ate like a king.

All the staff from reception to waiters/waitress and all the cleaners were so friendly and helpful if I needed anything they were more than happy to help.

When I visit Ibiza again I will be staying here again. If you’re unsure where to stay I can highly recommend Torres Del Mar. I would say it is more of a quite hotel so if you are looking for a bit of piece and quite on a normally rowdy island then this is your place.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Pleasant staff, amazing room with sea view and fabulous large pool with lots of choice of seating for sun bathing. Just what we wanted for a long weekend break. We booked with breakfast included and loved the selections of food available. The view from the restaurant was amazing. Would personally prefer to be served tea/coffee at the table with bigger cups but it was fine. The room was spacious, quiet and clean with an amazing view.
Short 10 mins ride from the airport costing less than €15. Right on Bossa beach. Walking distance to neighbouring beaches and restaurants. Not too far from Ibiza Old town. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back to this hotel again.

My husband booked this for my 30th birthday trip and the hotel reviews were great as were the pictures. We got a premium room which had an outdoor bath and sun loungers however the bath needed a good clean and even if we wanted to use it we wouldn’t have full privacy as neighbours could easily look over onto our balcony. The room itself was quite small and basic with hairs on the bathroom walls and the shower was incredibly slippery. Unfortunately we were near the lifts so heard people coming in at all hours of the night so barely got any sleep but that’s the nature of Ibiza and isn’t the hotels fault. Pool was great but small so if you want a lounger get down early. Often people would reserve loungers and then not appear till the afternoon and would be selfish and push beds apart so they had their own private area. Breakfast was the same pretty much each morning but the pancakes were nice. The lobby smelt clean but looked quite clinical with the white. Location was great and close to bossa town but far enough out from the main craziness (20 min walk to Ushuaia). Spa was amazing too, I had a lovely massage by the beach which was very relaxing. It wasn’t terrible but not sure if I would return.

We stayed two nights at this property.
For the entire stay, we had problems with the electricity going out all the time, and at nights the lights went on and off. Reported at reception they gave us no solution.

My wife performed a massage treatment, and speaking with the operator, expressed the desire to CONSIDER whether to do a massage the next day with confirmation, because we would leave.

They are chasing us by email and message for 30€, because we did not carry out the treatment after we paid over a thousand euros .. I repeat that the massage was to be confirmed .. so pay attention to the treatments.
Be punctual with access to the breakfast room; otherwise they won’t let you in and take the dishes off the buffet. Upon our arrival the info provided by the reception were practically null, if not the curiosity of what we would do in the evening
