We had such a great stay here — Carol made us feel at home the moment we arrived. There was tea and delicious cake while she told us about the area. The property is moments from Waihi Beach and such an idyllic little escape. There's a beautiful waterfall and stream on the property, and a stunning 30-minute walk over the...

What a fantastic stay with Carol and Philip! We booked for 2 nights a family package at the Otesha Falls b&b: everything was perfect! We were traveling with 2 young children (3 years old and 10 months old). Carol made us feel at home the moment we stepped out of the car. She was SO nice and helpful with everything,...

I can run out of superlatives describing this amazing house. The location is lovely and so peaceful. The owners are generous and welcoming. The room was luxurious and the sitting room we had use of was an added bonus. Words cannot express how wonderful Otesha Falls is. Do not hesitate to book a room, we will be back.

Agree with earlier reviews. Perfect luxury. We stayed for three nights with everything to a very high standard. Location out of town with views and pretty, spacious garden. We stayed in the garden room with the bedroom, bathroom and spacious sitting room for our use. The owners anticipate all you might care for and beyond. Attentive, friendly, but you are...

If you want a truly luxurious, friendly, delicious, special-in-every-way "getaway" - Otesha Falls is the best. You will be greeted by "Macgregor", a cute West Highland Terrier...who is kept at a distance if you would prefer. The scenery is stunning - almost as stunning as the delicious picnic basket of goodies prepared so thoughtfully and generously (my husband is celiac)....

We found paradise when we found this bed and breakfast! The bedroom was luxurious, top quality toiletries plus its own little terrace.
