Amounts of ants in the room. We had ants all over the floor, behind curtains, beside the kitchen sink, inside suitcases and in our clothes. We are sure it was bedbugs in the beds, but the hotel hired pest control which denied it. You can look at the pictures and judge yourself. Dirty and worn rooms. 17°C in the pool...

We follow a strict pest control program with a local company, despite our efforts some infestation problems in specific apartments or areas may arise occasionally which must be dealt in a more personalized manner, that is what we did in this particular case. These customers were moved to another apartment which also allowed us to apply a more intense and...

basic clean accommodation, in a great location but beside a busy noisy road, reception staff not very interested in requests, you get what you pay for and I would avoid room 128 as this room is on the ground flour with a dungeon of a terrace and receives no sun during the day and only 5 min at night and...

My husband and I went here for my birthday and I was quite worried because of the reviews on here. To be honest I think people are complaining about nothing. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, had all the things we needed like cereal bowls! Our room was cleaned everyday apart from Thursday and Sunday and...

Having read mixed reviews about this hotel we were apprehensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. Although rooms are a little tired, ours was large with a huge wrap around balcony (room 301). It had a light airy feel to it and was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped although we tend to eat out. There was no mircrowave. Reception...

The hotel is worn out, looks nothing like the picture. Rooms have no air con and are shabby, the stairs to upstairs rooms are unsafe. Reception staff unhelpful and miserable, saw no one cleaning the pool, snack bar good food but very expensive.

My husband had to call this number and walk up hill to collect the keys The room was large and clean but...

We arrived and were booked in straight away, and given some local knowledge about supermarkets, beach etc. The apartments are spotless, and the pool area is washed and brushed down every morning. The room was on the second floor (223) but was actually road level and was situated on the corner. The apartment was huge, and had large sliding patio...
