I checked in yesterday with my family, all the way from Gurgaon.Got a super deluxe room booked through booking.com and paid approximately 7.5k for the night. Room is spacious and has the basic amenities, Aircon is old and noisy and makes you sweat; hence the good night sleep, gone for a toss. I'm at the breakfast table now. Well the...

I went to this particular restaurant because I saw that they provide vegan options. Actually you have to ask what they can make vegan, because there is not a single part on the menu destined to vegan options. The options are quite limited but the taste is delicious. The service provided is really nice, the same as the atmosphere. Tip:...

Book this place well in advance as its a hit with tourist. However i found the food to be bland not up to the indian standards as we are accustomed to eat spicy food. The service is fabulous & the decor is worth every penny, covered with white linen & seating areas. The prices are very reasonable too.Open courtyard is the highlight of...

The place has a open court yard where the food is served and ambience is very french and nice. The aesthetics of this place are thoughtful, intricate. Personally I felt this place was a bit over rated. No doubt the ambience is very good, but the food did not live upto my expectations. Go with a reservation

We were in Pondicherry for 3days and stayed at Villa Shanti. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost since we're we're traveling with our 3year old daughter. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and their service quick. We ate at their restaurant a couple of times and tried different cuisines, it was the best food...

Excellent food: my friend had delicious beef meet. Very efficient and professional service. Beautiful location in a patio. Not that expensive for the quality of food and service (good value for money). I highly recommend!

The suite is a spacious room with excellent furniture and facilities. I would have loved it if there were any windows which we could keep open. But I think that's how buildings in pondicherry are. The white town is very congested with houses built right next to each other. There is no parking in any of the hotels in this...

It's a good place for a lazy and relaxed lunch/dinner after strolling through the beautiful and colourful French colonies. A good place for European cuisine. Excellent ambience with tables in the central courtyard. Ordered the grilled prawns continental style and Tawa fried fish for the main course. Tasty food but the prawns could have been a little more cooked to...

A heritage villa converted to a hotel, it has 15 rooms. Quiet place to stay with good bed & breakfast for short stay. Rooms are fair sized and the bathroom is fairly good. The only issue is with the mosquitoes for which you need to carry repellent creams. Close to the Rock Beach and the Autobindo Ashram, it is a...

We had gone for dinner to this property. You need to pre book your table as the place is always full. We ordered both Indian and Continental and both was very good. The restaurant is very French with high ceiling, you have an option for outdoor seating also.
