Also known as Playa Gold Apartments. Well equipped with all you may need; safe, air con, washing machine etc. Kitchen area with lots of useful utensils.Three swimming pools with bars within a few minute's walk. 10 minutes walk into the town centre (no hills involved.) Very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

We stayed at Son Bou garden apartments in early September 2016. We were in Zone 4. We booked via Thomas Cook and bought a package including flights- which I suspect was a mistake - but it was booked quite late on and we were getting desperate to confirm a holiday. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as I snore quite...

I would have rated these apartments higher had it have not been for the attitude of one member of staff, but before I get to that, what I felt were the good points. The apartments are pretty generic budget apartments, a bit tired looking but have everything you need in there; beds are quite comfy, lounge area nice and we...

Took a 4 night break and booked into this place as price was cheap. Very happy with the area. The apartment we had was functional and very clean. Just a bit dated and settee cover a bit worn/ripped. But didn't bother us as we didn't spend that much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Everyone very friendly and helpful,...

Having read some of the reviews on here I was worried about what we were going to find. We went in August 2015 with two 8 year olds and had a two bed appartment in Zone three near the Son Bou garden resturant. Transfers were fine, plenty of thompsons reps at the airport to point us towards our coach. Our...

We have been visiting since 2001 and we love it! We stayed in apartments 50+52. They are clean and basic. Since we have started visiting, the building maintenance has diminished and we were a little upset to find we had no welcome pack! We had a lovely stay regardless! It is quiet quaint and with a beautiful view of the...

We have just returned from a relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable week's holiday, staying at Son Bou Gardens. We were in Zone 3, in an upper floor apartment, and this was ideal for our needs. The apartment, although a little dated, was well equipped and comfortable. There was no air-conditioning, but the electric ceiling fans helped to keep us cool, and...

My husband, 2 yr old and I have just had a fab weeks holiday here. Great location ideal for families. Food at son bou garden restaurant was surprisingly good and would recommend the paella and sangria night. Plenty to do around the island we hired a car and visited the zoo about 20 mins away. Great couple of hours and...
