We had a lovely stay at the hotel and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings on some amazing bike rides. The spa area was good relaxation after some lovely but tiring days in the mountains. The hotel gets my warmest recommendation.

My son and I together with his Canadian girl friend were so excited and looking forward to spend a couple of days at this resort after driving almost 200 klm. We were so disappointed. The place looks very dirty all around the pool area, it looks like they have an infinity pool Not so. Jacuzzi very small and dangerous nothing to hold on when you get in I was scared to fall in. They have a couple of more jacuzzis in a pretty spot but you have to pay extra 10 euros for half an hour. Now this one was the best, they told us we had to wear caps in the pool jacuzzi etc, you would have to buy them for 3 euros, I kicked up a fuss so they lent us the caps, but no one was wearing them. I would not return or recommend to anyone.

We stayed in a lovely suite with lounge & bedroom TVs, sofa & mini fridge in 2016 so booked the same for July 2018. We struggled to park the bikes but eventually found a tiny space for both. On entering the room the lounge was totally empty of its previous furnishings - no TV & nowhere to sit, just dents in the carpet where the sofa had been. The bedroom had a TV still but the mini fridge had been removed - a fridge is important for us to be able to chill water to take out on our rides so this was very disappointing. We immediately went to reception & complained as the room was clearly not what it should be. They 'upgraded' us to the other suite which was smaller but nicer decor & seating plus TV in lounge - still no fridge despite all websites & their own in-room information stating we should have a fridge. The room was nice & the bed comfortable but the shower cubicle leaked each time & soaked the bathroom. Nice meals in the restaurant & the staff are lovely but such a disappointment in the accommodation that we would not return here again. We got a measly token discount for our inconvenience on check out which did not make up for the issues.

The restaurant is a place to avoid since the food has been served cold (not even heated on the microwave...) The first time I have to send a dish back!!! The hotel photos are over promised, beside the view that's real... The spa facilities need a refurshbished

Lovely hotel and spa for a quick break in the mountains. The staff was friendly and the room was really nice a clean. The hotel itself is very clean. The spa is good enough for a break and is included if you are a guest. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was enough and good quality. I recommend this hotel!
