This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful hotel - it was for a double birthday celebration. Sadly it was a real dissapointment due to the lack of staff . There were many problems from no chef to cook breakfast to nobody answering the telephone for room service . I could go on but its too depressing !!!! The most...

small hotel, andalusian style with a contemporary twist, very tastefullly decorated in tone of mushroom and taupe throughout. large bed and a beautiful chaise longue in the bedroom. Had a lovely balcony with fantastic views over the hills. great toiletries. very good breakfast with fresh fruits and juice, nice puff pastries. rural location, a bit in the middle of nowhere....

This is a review only of the restaurant: we have not stayed but suspect the rooms are all very nice. The place is delightful, very well designed and on a hill with amazing views of nearby Velez-Malaga. A nice terrace if the weather is good. We have dined there several times: on each ocasion everyone was delighted with their, sometimes...

A magnificent well run hotel. Service, facilities and restaurant, second to none. As a well travelled person I would never have thought that all of these things would come together in one property. The Hotel Cortijo Bravo in my opinion is deserving of six stars. Even with all the frills it's like you never left home. May I wish continued...

We were actually here in 2008 but there was no box to tick for this date. It's the most beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms, amazing restaurant and wine list. We could have had the most amazing night there BUT - they were working on the roof. Bash, bash, bang, bang. Siesta was impossible. The fact they were due to start at...

We came to Cortijo Bravo at the weekend after putting up with an awful few days at a terrible hotel near Mijas. Cortijo Bravo was an absolute delight and absolutely everything the other hotel wasn't. The winding drive up from the main road lends the hotel a secluded, hidden-away air, the building itself is imposing and immaculately finished, the decor...

We found what we were looking for in this beautiful and comfortable hotel, just a little distance from Velez-Malaga. It sits up on a hill just a few miles to the west of of the city on a beautifully landscaped property with groves of oranges and avocados. The room was beautifully decorated with one of the most comfortable beds we...
