This is a lovely little hotel in a lovely, safe town in El Salvador. We stayed in a $25 a night room that was lovely and quiet - great art work on the walls (see photo), full bathroom with shower, and large bedroom with queen sized, comfortable bed. In the morning Maria provided us each with a wonderful breakfast and...

Cesar has a really cool place. Clean, comfortable, full of information. Great price point. Relaxing garden area with hammocks etc. We had the large twin room, but it seemed there were dorm rooms available too. Maria's breakfast is a must-do! Don't miss trying coffee from various local coffee farms (including the owner's). They know their coffee; you can choose from...

Hotel Anahuac is fantastic. Not only is it clean and comfortable, it also has a great courtyard garden area for hanging out, a little coffee shop, strong wifi, hot showers, friendly staff, and has some really cool art too - each room was done by a different El Salvadorian artist. We also did the coffee tour offered by the hotel...

Hotel Anahuac was a nice place to stay in Juayua, close to everything, there's also a really neat inside garden to hang out and it's got hot water too. And it's really within your budget! Highly recommended.

I was told that this would be a good place to stay, and I'm so glad I did. My room was just gorgeous - all the rooms have been decorated by local artists and mine was just fabulous! There was also a lovely garden area with hammocks and other comfy furniture for lazing around. There was also hot water and...

We stayed here for a night and it was really nice. The staff was accommodating for our large group and the rooms were clean. The courtyard was beautiful and full of plants and hammocks. They have a cute coffee shop in the entrance. Would stay here again

What a lovely place! Really friendly and welcoming staff who will do everything to help you. Everything was spotless thanks to the wonderful Maria. The rooms were really comfortable with hot showers and excellent fans (although you don't need them as the room is a perfect temperature). The garden is lovely and well tended, a nice place to chill in...

This is a great hostel, in a good location close to the 2 bus stops in town. Their cafe at the front is wonderful with delicious coffee. They have lockers in the dorms, hot showers and a kitchen. When we were there they had free oranges to make fresh oj with. Thumbs up from me.

We stayed here for three nights while sampling the delights of the weekly food festival in the towns along the ruta de las flores. It was one of our favourite hostels so far. For a start the beautiful gardens make the place feel very peaceful away from the business of the main street. The kitchen was very well equipped and...

We stayed in welcoming Hotel Anuahac for 3 days, private room. What a lovely colourful places, both Juayua and Ataco (we visited it by bus on Sunday). Foodfestival was less about specialities than I presumed, but more about good food during weekend-lunchtime and lots of Salvadorian tourists having fun. Many artisanal nice souvenirs to buy. And last but not least:...
