We stayed one night at this resort and found it very nice. Our room was ocean facing and we sat on our balcony enjoying the sounds and sights of the ocean waves. The restaurant and bar have great views of the ocean. We were part of a tour group and had the buffet dinner of fish, lamb, and chicken, all...

We arrived to see the Pancake rocks and so this was our best option. The lodge was very busy and we were lucky to get a breakfast seating. It seems a tour group was there and they can not seat all customers at one one. We were on a private excursion and stayed one night in the Eco lodge. It...

We just love this place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with close access to the beach. The attractions of the blow hole and scenic walk are within walking distance if you don't mind hills!! The restaurant serves very good food overlooking the beach. This time there was a coach party in that made the restaurant a little noisy, but...

Delighted with our room until we checked out the bathroom - door handle falling off and the towel rail was coming away from the wall too. Admittedly it got fixed when we complained but for the cost of staying here would have thought that the rooms would have been checked over before being available. Also decided to have breakfast in...

This resort is average. We had a Eco lodge which was comfortable and had a balcony. However it had no air con. With a myriad of biting sand flies we had to sleep with the balcony door closed and a fan on all night, as it was a warm evening. The views are amazing but you cannot enjoy the location...

This is a fairly isolated hotel complex of rooms that overlook the Tasman Sea on the west coast. On the plus side it is beautiful setting with stunning sunsets. Each unit has a view of the ocean. They have a bar and restaurant which also are great places to observe the roaring surf and sunsets. On the negative side. There...

Our room was clean and after we aired it out it was cool on a hot day. The beds were ok (one twin the other single. The bathroom had a good shower but minimal counter space. Irritating internet ( you have to keep signing in. Outlets were few. Food in the restaurant was just average. So why the high ratings?...

Overall we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and location fantastic but we felt there were trying to be something they aren't - an upmarket hotel with a fancy restaurant. We recommend you eat up the road at the cafe which contrary to what their trip advisor page suggests, do actually open for dinner....

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room clean and well looked after with great ocean views. I had the Thai Green Curry followed by Creme Brûlée and coffee. Both were excellent. The Pancake Rocks are an easy walk of 5 min from the resort.
