We stayed two nights att this comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They organised our climb of Etna with discount. Our family room was good and had a nice valley view. The breakfast is good.

To hear the Etna, feel her. To be able to stand in the morning sun to go to the cablecar that takes you to the top of the vulcano is great. But what makes the difference is Davide the owner of the lovely hotel. He is unusual a philosopher who also runs a hotel. And great survice, perfect rooms and...

Excellent hotel, very close to the cable car to the Etna (<5 min walk). Very friendly owner. Large parking is available. Excellent breakfast (large choice)! Large and clean rooms. Excellent wifi. The restaurant was closed the night we were there but we were given a discount at another restaurant close by.

Have just checked out after a 2 night stay at this truly unique hotel. Located approx 2,000 metres up on Etna it is hard to describe how unique this is. The hotel is well maintained and very cosy. We had a warm welcome with helpful advice. We booked a room with a terrace which was very nice, lovely new bathroom...

This hotel has an amazing vantage point being at the base of mount Etna. It commands a superior view out over Catania, and down the Sicilian Coast all the way to Syracuse and Avola. Both sunrise and sunset from here were incredibly epic, with clouds and mist rolling furiously past us as the sunset, and a crystal clear morning that...

The room was simple, comfortable and spacious. There was a lovely spa complex (costs extra) and when the weather was poor this was a pleasant way to pass the time. The service was very good and the food in the restaurant great! Handy to the lift to go up Mt Etna (about 10 to 15 minutes walk). Definitely recommend.

Everyone who works here is warm and generous. Helpful and good advice. the room was wonderful, the view from our terrasse spectacular and the breakfast delicious. The spa is a real regal - everyday when you return from your nature walks, strip down and enjoy the warmth all the way to your marrow.

If you are looking to get close to Etna. This is the place. Lovely hotel in 2000 meters over the sea. Snow and smoking Vulcano on one side and lovely view over the blue sea... Seems unreal. Discover Etna on bike or hiking? This is the place. Lovely renovated and a lovely spa area. Good restaurant.

This is a great hotel, and it's absolutely magical to spend a night on Mt Etna, and looking at all the lights below at night. We had a room with terrace, absolutely worth it to enjoy the views. Staff were wonderful. Would love to stay there for a few nights next time, so peaceful and a unique experience. Food at...

A well run family business, clean room, a complete breakfast. A big parking and close to the cable car to mount Etna's summit. If you drive up there by yourself, try arriving from the south through Nicolosi, it's much easier to find and less hairpins. Avoid the road starting from the Tollway exit at Giarre!!! If you want internet, you...
