We were greeted by Ann at the front desk, who was lovely. Our room was clean, great air conditioning, beautiful soft white sheets and towels. It was quiet and we had a great sleep. Coffee in the morning was delicious! Thank you.

Stayed about 35 minutes before finding out how the rooms are not cleaned informed front desk lady who was very helpful and she showed me two different rooms and still wasn't cleaned she her self was embarrassed

I was here for work, and spent upwards of 2 years on and off at this hotel. The staff was always pleasant and the rooms were always clean. There are small issues like the heater/air conditioning machines in some of the rooms are very loud and intrusive; as well water pressure for toilets weren't the greatest. However, overall my stays were great. Breakfasts in the morning were always up to standard for being included with the room. However, I'd say you're better off heading across the street to Tim Horton's for your morning coffee. All this is to say I really enjoyed it here, I always felt welcome and appreciated, and I had great rest while staying here for work.

Made a two night reservation at this hotel. We were promised a room on an upper floor away from the elevator. When we got there the only room available was on the first floor, near the lobby, the breakfast room, the ice machine and the stairs. Apparently there were no notes made of my request. We were offered a suite at an extra charge. This was not our mistake and there was no taking responsibility on the hotel staff part to rectify the situation, we only heard complaints and blame of their colleagues for the situation. Kept awake until past 11PM and then awake again at 4:30 because of the noise. Decided one night was enough and booked elsewhere and checked out. Once we got home we realized that our credit card had been charged for two nights. Once we talked to the assistant manager we did get a refund on the night not stayed but again no responsibility taken for our issues and complaints and blame on others. I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the hotel on the 9th and 10th of August. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are exceptionally clean and very large and comfortable. The beds were clean and super comfy, had two great night sleeps. The people are awesome, a huge shout out to Tina at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel like valued customers. The hotel is quite centrally located in Chetwynd (of course that isn't hard to do) The price was reasonable for sure and both a continental and hot breakfast were included each morning. I definitely will stay here again.

Daphne,Dale and Irish are amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming .The rooms are awsome, clean and well taken care of.The beds are very comfortable. They obviously take pride in the hotel and they try make it as homey as they can. Will stay there again!

Very welcoming and reasonably priced rooms with mini kichenette. Decent free breakfast included waffles and eggs. Front desk staff very kind even provided dog treat for our fido. Beds and pillows as comfortable as home and smelled super fresh and clean! Loved going down for breakfast and meeting other guests and staff. Unexpected surprise next door was a steak and seafood restaraunt that had an amazing variety of dishes on the menu.

I was driving through the area while working in this amazingly beautiful country and needed a place to stay. We got a couple of rooms for the night and was very pleased with the rooms. Not a lot of choices way out here in northern BC, Chetwynd is a small town in the middle of some of the most beautiful country you will ever find. Easy to find on Main Street, modern building for this part of the country. Very warm and friendly staff greeted us, and suggested some thing we could drive around town and see. The room was very clean, and the bed was awesome. I had an amazing sleep which I needed desperately.... the TV sucked, and wasn’t worth even turning on. However I didn’t stop here to watch TV either. If your traveling in this neck of the woods, this is where I would recommend staying. …

I stayed here with my family for one night. The both rooms we had were clean but not too much modern - especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was average but the check-in personnel friendly and service-orientated. Altogether an average stay because in the very small town of Chetwynd a hotel rate of around 120 CAD per room per night (double occupancy) for such an average hotel is too expensive.

I stayed here for a week for work, and this hotel was lovely. Not only is it within walking distance of good, local restaurants, it also offers ample parking and a free breakfast. I start work early, and breakfast starts at 6, which was perfect for me. The rooms were always clean and well kept. The service was very friendly, and they have a huge DVD collection. I plan on staying here every time I'm in chetwynd.
