Check in a disaster. Make Libby was absolutely crowded when we arrived and resembled an airport terminal. Rows and rows of chairs with electronic number boards. So many check I counters!! Unbelievable. First we went to the information desk and given a piece of paper to go to the self check in machine. The machine couldn't find our booking so...

The First World Hotel is huge with many activities in indoor park and shopping arcades, restaurants, bars and of course casino. It creates the complete entertainment activities. Furthermore, they manage professionally with good service, But they have no wifi in the room

Room is spacious, view is fantastic. you could see the moving cloud below and mountains. TV channel is pathetic. No toothbrush and paste provided. If you are coming with family for a good vacation, I recommend u stay in Deluxe room, compare to Standard room. I think I paid about S$70 per night.

Stayed there for a week end prior flying off to Bangkok from KL. Nice stay at First World Hotel. Rooms are ok. Close to Rides and amusement parks and casino. Restaurants are alright. Actually this is a good hotel if you have kids and they are on their holiday.

This review may be a bit biased as genting currently is a boring place unless u are into gambling. This is the largest hotel in the world which means u can never have enough staff which means u have to fill your own water as if ur staying in a backpackers hostel. There is construction work going on so its...

Have been up and down Genting for countless times. I remember my first stay there and it was the standard hotel rooms that you will get. One Queen size bed, or 2 single beds, window, ceiling fan, and of course, a mechanical ventilated toilet/shower room. No aircond for the weather is your air-conditioner! ;D Fun place to be, especially if...

Although it has Guinness to its credit for being the largest hotel with so n so rooms...its a total waste of its location being a highland where it doesnt show a good view of it being on such an altitude...phew...also rooms are too small and not worthy of being called a 3-star.

Genting was our next stop on our Malaysian trip. Drive from KL airport to Genting Gandola ride was good (yet a bit tiresome). The hotel is at 6000 feet above sea level, and as soon as you start approaching it, the difference in temperature is quite noticeable. Very big hotel (probably the hotel with the most number of rooms). For...

World Club Rooms are the biggest compare to other rooms in the First World Hotel. We were given Tower 2 at 28th floor. Cleanliness is execellent in my opinion. Our room was ready once we reached the hotel so we are able checked-in immediately upon arrival. Counter staff was friendly and courteous. Toilet is big however I was informed there...
