We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and would recommend. Ideally a little later in the year if we go again so that we can have the settled weather and take more boat trips etc. I went with my 2 teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed themselves and took part in most of the activities on offer. The food was fantastic, great...

We spent 2 weeks at Turtle Bay and loved every minute! On arrival after a very long journey we were handed cool towels to freshen up which was a lovely idea and the staff were very welcoming which didn’t change throughout the stay; the staff were lovely for the entire time. The food was amazing we didn’t eat the same...

We have just returned from our two week honeymoon in Turtle Bay and we are missing it so much since returning. As honeymoners we were upgraded, given wine, fruit, breakfast in bed, free 5 course al la carte meal. Even without this we were made to feel so welcome by all the staff including the manager who was always around....

The beaches are pure white and soft, the people are very caring and friendly. The food was very nice and fresh. Lots of...

A friendly, clean and comfortable resort. Well worth the transfer from Mombasa. Rooms are clean, of good size and comfortable. No pressure selling on the beach like other resorts, safe feel. Food is of good quality, plentiful and hot. A bargain of an all inclusive.

What a wonderful place to celebrate, and how special we were made to feel. The whole ambiance is just superb, from our room to the staff and views. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely people. We are saving to get back out there SOON. Frank & Cheryl Bannister - June 2010

I just returned from a 5 day stay at Turtle Bay Beach Club. This was my first visit to Watamu, but I have visited all the other major points along the Kenyan coast. TBBC was exceptional in the area of service. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The property, including rooms, could use some upgrading (new paint, change in linens,...

I have mixed feelings about TBBC. We had a number of problems when we first arrived (room near noisy disco, moved room to one with a water leak, then moved room to one which was filthy and things not working etc) but to their credit, they took our concerns seriously and put everything right without a fuss. They even gave...
