Wildfitness is an extremely professionally run, well organised and fun course to raise the general level of fitness, flexibility and strength amongst clients while focusing on using natural ‘wild’ movement and behaviour. The course utilises a variety of activities in various stunning locations on and around its spectacular Kenyan coast location to provide an engagement of all muscle groups in...

More physical effort than I have ever put into a day - multiplied by 14 for a two week stay! Great food, an idyllic setting (white sands, warm, turquoise waters, monkeys in the lush green trees, coral reefs, a still creek), lovely people (the coaches, the other staff, the local people), creative and different exercises (boxing, kettle-bells, body circuits, par...

I have wanted to do the Wildfitness holiday for several years. We finally managed to do it November 2011. It turned out to be much more than what I had expected. I had no previous knowledge of what wild fitness was all about. Wildfitness is getting back to our hunter gatherer roots and challenging our body in such a way...

Wildfitness is a spectacular place with a knowledgeable, dedicated staff. Going to an exotic place, eating delicious, healthy food and returning home with a fitter body--what could be better than that? I am already planning my next visit.

My second Wildfitness holiday at Baraka House. I was concerned it couldn't possibly live up to the first one but I was wrong. I’ve had the most amazing time, developed my fitness further. And this has easily been the best one yet! See you next time!!

An incredible life changing experience, phenomenal coaches and training, who helped me realise a far better way of training, got me fit in two weeks and created a complete paradigm change in my mind on health and fitness as well as lifestyle. Mixed with being situated in the most incredible location, as well as having fantastic accommodation, incredible food, combining...

This was by far the best holiday i have ever been on. Set in the beautiful Barak House on the stunning Kenyan coast, Wildfitness is a world away from the stresses if London. I did the 9 day kick start course with 9 other great guests and came home rejuvinated, body and mind. It sounds rather cheesy, but i feel...

Brilliantly located overlooking a huge white coral beach, Baraka House is a beautiful place to be. Lovely food with friendly staff . Everyone had come solo, so plenty of chance to mix and meet other people. But this is not a holiday for chilling. Up early for vigorous exercise, followed by breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, honey and eggs, we...

I spent 9 days at Baraka in November and had one of the best holidays of my life. The place is magical, the staff are lovely & inspirational and the food is terrific. The concept of wild fitness is based on evolutionary science and encompasses exercise, nutrition (eating) and lifestyle (especially stress management). It is neither an army style boot...

“Many say room 1 at Baraka is the room to choose it has a large wrap around balcony, however, all of the rooms are lovely though. Rm 3 is very spacious and has a lot of privacy. Rms 4 & 5 are on second level with their own private staircase each. Wi-fi is best on the roof but it is a perfect time and place to go as unplugged as you possibly can. Enjoy!”

“If you want luxury go for a room in the main house. If you only want a place to crash out after a hard day's training, then the more basic rooms near the pool 300 m from the main house are a sensibly priced alternative”
