Detailed Reviews
This is a great little B&B in Sainte-Flavie, near Mont Joli, Quebec. It is in a quaint little area on the old highway, near a boardwalk overlooking a beach. Very nice sunsets apparently - we were there during cloudy/drizzly weather so will have to take people's word for that. There are some nice restaurants close by for supper and some local arts and craft, summer theatre. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable, and we had access to a semi-private bathroom (shared with one other room) and a shared sitting area on the balcony (we did not partake due to the weather but seemed nice enough). We called from the Tourist Information requesting a private bathroom so the owners willingly said they would not rent out the other bedroom that night so we could have a private bathroom at no extra charge. Very reasonable rate. The "three course" breakfast was very tastly. A few minor issues: (1) the ceiling was low along the headboard of the bed so we kept hitting our heads on the ceiling, (2) we think the sheets were washed in a scented detergent or dryer sheet, which would really be an issue for anyone with a sensitivity to scents, (3) the house is right on the old highway, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for the room at the back of the house. All in all, a very pleasant stay and excellent breakfast.

Lovely little B&B near Mont Joli. Lots of attention to little details of decor and wine glasses and fridge in the room, very comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Lovely yellow-accented bathroom shared with one other room (which wasn't rented so we had it to ourselves). We stayed in the Printemps Room, it has a modern rustic brick column accent in room and a shared balcony. Everything was very clean. Pierrette made us coffee in the morning and we walked across the road to Au Gout du Large for fruit and Eggs Benedict.

Nice B&B with a view out over the St Lawrence. had a wonderful sunset the night we were there. Owner Pierette made us very welcome and all was nice and clean. Had a shared bathroom which was fine. Room was a little warm but we slept OK. Good breakfast.

Not the best night to stay here as the owner was moving out and was very sad. The rooms whee nice but no air conditioning. We had to make our own coffee in the morning. The view,is very nice from one of the rooms and balcony.
We wish luck to the new owners.

Very beautiful little spot on the side of the ocean in a very cute little town with a lot to offer in the area. This is not only a B&B but it also has a few campsites as well. We stayed at the campsite and the lots were quite spacious. The only reason we gave it a 4/5 is because it only has one bathroom/shower, so if it is occupied you have to wait... Otherwise, it is well worth the stop.

This is our fifth years at that site. They have a nice, clean and quiet little motorhome park in the rear. The Lady is very nice and professional. Our site is a great view of the wharf and the River. If anyone has any complaints it's because they did not ask.. We love it there. It's very close to a CANTINE that has the best GUEDILLE on that road. Go and enjoy.

This was a lovely place to stay right on the coast, amazing sunsets. Breakfast was fab, Light and airy rooms and lounge. Amplr parking off road. Bathroom is shared but it wasn't a problem for us as we were the only guests slighly out of the main season. Highly recommended.
