This hotel , while well located, pleasant and clean, is not up to the standards of most 4 star hotels we know. The bathroom had no vanity and no shower stall - just a shower head in the ceiling and a stool to sit on. The Kleenex was empty, there were plastic glasses and no other cups or glasses, and...

A high end three star with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Great value considering the proximity to Epernay. The rooms are quiet and they have an extensive champagne collection at the bar.

A great place to stay to explore the Champagne region and Epernay in semi countryside setting. Rooms average in size, decor and facilities. WiFi advertized as available but not in the room we stayed in and very slow elsewhere. Restaurant fresh and inviting with good selection on the menu. Quality of food was very good but felt they were trying...

Beautiful hotel, fantastic welcome, very accomodating. The location is wonderful, situated as it is right in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. Wonderful meal and a strong, sensibly priced wine list. Anabelle - your team did you proud! And all this so soon after the Christmas break

We found this hotel listed in a travel book and made our reservation. After four nights, we really had our reservations. The staff failed to stock us with TP and did not empty the trash until I made several requests. Additionally, the beds were not made. The breakfast was expensive but did not offer much. In fact the eggs were...

The room is decolated simple but with good taste, clean and comfortable. I can enjoy a dinner prepared elaborately with the champagne selected carefully. Tehere are a charming Bar for tasting the champagne. It's easy to find by car and convenient to visit the maisons of the champagne in Ay village.

We were there for a weekend. It is very clean but i found it rather expensive. The rooms are small. The bathroom is what we found the worst. Not only it was small but also old. The shower hasn't got enough pressure. The wi-fi didn't work during our journey and i think they didn't try to work it out. Breakfast...
