Port Jardín Milenio is praised for its tranquil location and spotless environment, offering travelers a restful retreat with immaculate rooms and a commendable daily cleaning service. While the hotel's professional staff often receives compliments, some guests have encountered inconsistencies in service quality.
The amenities, including comfortable beds and a well-kept pool, are generally appreciated, though calls for updates and better soundproofing have been noted. Despite the satisfactory amenities, the hotel's evening ambiance is somewhat subdued, and the value perception varies among guests, with the food quality being a highlight for many.

We stayed in Rm201. It was comfortable clean and quiet. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed everyday bedding every 2 days We chose full board. Breakfast, buffet was excellent. Lunch and dinner were 3 Courses We would have preferred a sandwich sometimes.Si on 5 occasions we chose not to eat there. The pool was good and we used it everyday. A lot of broken beds though. Bar service was slow but acceptable . The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

This hotel has something special that makes it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. When I visited in the middle of August it was full but the rooms are very spacious (one of the largest I remember in a hotel), the air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable or also the pool was very nice. The two days I slept there I totally abandoned myself to napping in the sun lounger looking at the palm trees of the Elx Palm Tree rocking even if there were children in the pool watering while they were ignored by their parents. I want to highlight the attention of the lifeguard who provided sunbeds, and the very attentive reception staff. Breakfast was very good very complete although the area is small. I missed the typical common spaces of the hotels but it is true that what is important is the size of the room. I used the hotel parking lot which is just behind and parks without problem. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the enormous pressure of the shower water, which is appreciated in a hotel. Although the hotel is in the palm grove is a few minutes walk from the center of Elx but worth the walk. Highly recommended for two or three days of relaxation or disconnection.

We stayed here for one night on our road trip from Malaga to Dijon. Elche was a great location because it was just 5 miles from the main motorway and the old town is a lovely place to visit and explore We stayed at the Jardin Milenio which was a great find and we booked dinner bed and breakfast The hotel was very clean, the rooms were typically Spanish with large beds and good bathrooms. The hotel has a very nice outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area and the dinner was very well presented with a set menu offering tasty and good choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Altogether it was a great experience at a good price

I stayed with my wife for 8 days using Half Pension. The hotel is dated but comfortable, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, the rooms are spacious and all the rooms are really clean and fragrant (very warm congratulations to the cleaning ladies). Breakfast is complete and plentiful but absolutely always the same and after a few days you get bored eating the same things. But let's get to the bad stuff, dinner. You eat in the hotel restaurant that also serves outdoors, so mixed customers with different menus, the service is not "buffet" but "a la carte" on a reduced menu consisting of: - 4 starters; - 4 main courses (2 always the same rice and lasagna Bolognese 1 meat and 1 fish); - 4 desserts (1 fresh fruit only and always melon and watermelon). Therefore you are very limited in choice, pasta, meat and fish are only those for which if you do not like and want to eat something you have to choose another dish in the full menu of the restaurant for a fee, the portions are reduced (in fact the same courses of the restaurant are double those served for half Inn). The icing on the cake is only in Spanish or English, so once you sit at the table you have to pick up your phone and use Google Translate to try to figure out what to eat (you are a hotel with international clientele, you know daily who will dine half Pension, it is so difficult in the morning to print a menu in the customer's language?). This was really humiliating for us, we felt like "B-list" customers and had never happened to us in any other hotel in Spain or in the Balearic and Canary Islands, and all this is absolutely not indicated in any Reservation site because we paid what was expected for a service not up to but I repeat humiliating.

The hotel does not look like four stars. They don't put heating in the room but if you complain they move you to a hallway that does have heating. I don't recommend asking for full board because they give you the same price for lunch and dinner. The menu changes little from one day to the next. Just the right amounts to not gain weight. It seems that if you order a la carte the food is better. Very hard mattresses. Don't bother asking for a double bed because they give you two beds. Breakfast is very poor. There is hardly any variety. I recommend you take the parking lot because it is impossible to park less than 500m away.

Beautiful establishment located a stone's throw from the center and the fabulous priest's garden. Modern construction planted in the middle of thousand-year-old palm trees, this hotel offers large rooms with a beautiful bathroom and a small lounge area. The bedding is perfect, the place is quiet and the breakfast is very generous. It is an ideal location for exploring the city and its gardens, less than half an hour's drive from Alicante airport. This hotel also has a restaurant where you can taste local specialties. Paid but shaded parking. A nice must at acceptable prices

Unfortunately was very disappointed. Left this hotel feeling so tired, due to lack of sleep. Pipework needs to be sorted, guests in room upstairs would take a shower 6 am and the noise in pipework was just indescribable, we were awake every day this early, also as if not enough noise from pipework people in room would turn on radio at 6 am very loud, could hear everything, went to reception and radio was not turned off so I’m guessing nothing was done. Wish people would be more considerate of others, who turns on radio at 6am? Couldn’t even try to get a lay in as if too late there would be nothing left to eat for breakfast, once empty they would not replenish, no scramble eggs since 9:30 pot left empty, no bread, no sausages, etc just make sure you go early. There isn’t a bar or a lounge, just the cafeteria that not very comfortable or adequate to chill out. Had to go and stay in the room as nowhere else to go. Had dinner at restaurant every night, portions are extremely small, make sure you are not too hungry, children portions are bigger. Reception staff very friendly and beautiful building. Close to lovely, typical Spanish town

4 nights half stay at the Port Jardín Milenio Inn, and I can only recommend it! The experience was perfect from start to finish.
The Inn's restaurant offers à la carte dinners that are simply exquisite. Breakfast does not disappoint either, with fresh and quality products.
The Inn's facilities are equally impressive. The pool and patio are perfect places to relax and enjoy the good weather. The room was very comfortable, offering all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the covered parking offered at a very reasonable Award (6.5 euros per night).
Finally, the Pension s location is ideal, all staff deserve special mention for their kindness and attention.

We took this hotel because it seemed "cheap" for what a hotel usually costs nowadays, there is a reason. In its day it would be very modern but, today, it is very obsolete, old, worn out... Scarce amenities (comb, shower cap and shoe shine glove). We had a half board plan (breakfast and dinner), the breakfast was very good, varied and delicious, but the dinner did not please us, little variety to choose from (especially in the first ones, where practically everything was vegetables) in fact, two days one We didn't even go down to dinner, a very ugly detail is that they charge you separately for drinks, not even a bottle of water is on the menu. The truth is that I prefer that they include the water and, if I want a post, pay for it separately from the fact that they charge you for the drink. We told the receptionist that we didn't go down for dinner on the second day (€30 that we gave them) and they didn't have any details, I think that at least not charging you for the drink from the previous dinner... In short, if you want a good hotel price this is your place, but don't expect to find the comforts of a 4-star hotel because it's half as much. Just by looking at the hair dryer... Well, what can I say about that hair dryer! Take your own conclusions.

A lovely and very Spanish style hotel with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The style is a bit older, but very comfortable, and the tiled floors keep the rooms cool (along with reasonable air con). Breakfast is excellent with a good selection. Staff are very helpful.
The outdoor pool is really lovely, and in a nice garden area. However there are not enough sunbeds if it is busy, and people and/or their children seem to put their towels down and then disappear for some time. The pool bar which is a nice amenity is really let down by how slow the service is - you order a drink at the bar, and will the need to wait at least 15 minutes to get it, or longer. The servers are also not well trained on the drinks - my server attempted to make me the sangria I ordered by mixing two bottles together which she produced from the freezer, and what I was given tasted like petrol and was undrinkable.
The on-site restaurant is overpriced for very low standard food, and there was a comedy of errors when I and three other tables requested our bills. We all repeatedly requested them for about half an hour, before the other tables began to get up and go to the cash register to pay. I was the only one who managed to get a bill brought to my table bar despite regular assurances the bills were coming, and it was not even a busy night!
But all in all, the accommodation is excellent, the breakfast is great and the pool is a nice facility so I would certainly return to these.

The breakfast was buffet style. There was a hot breakfast e.g. eggs ,bacon toast which you did yourself. Different cereals , bread, jams, cold meat, fruit and yoghurt as well as pastries. To drink you can choose from coffee, tea, juice and water. Very nice start to a morning. This was included our booking.
There are more places to choose from in the Elche area.
