Hotel staff are amazing, from reception desk, to restaurant staff. The hotel is very close to the airport ( costs about 10-12 Euros, one way) the room was very pleasant and I very much enjoyed the bathtub with jets in the junior suite. I went with half board option, and it didn’t disappoint, especially lunch and dinner cause you are able to choose anything from the menu that day ( different new dishes every day) the pizza was really good :)

An excellent hotel very close to Alicante Airport. Clean, modern and comfortable. Room close was very reasonable with shuttle transfer to the airport for €10 per room. Taxis available when the shuttle is not operating. The hotel restaurant Caribi is very good.

It is only let down by its design. A bit concrete and tiles which meant you could hear loud footsteps and echoes. Also the handbasin in the totally open en-suite has the towel rail along the front of it. So you can splash water on the towel!!!. The lovely walk-in shower is let down by the lack of water pressure.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Areca because it was one of the nearest hotels to Alicante Airport and we had a connecting journey the following day. We were delighted with our choice. We booked a dinner bed & breakfast package which was excellent.
The rooms were functional but were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was also plenty of hot water for our showers.
There was a good choice of dishes for our evening meal & the food was delicious. The service was very attentive.
The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had something to please everyone.
Although it was not in the nicest part of Alicante there was a very peaceful and attractive enclosed garden in which to relax.
We would definitely stay there again

If you are a motorcyclist and are going to deliver your motorbike on a truck to Norway after a trip in Andalusia, this is the hotel. Garage in the basement, 1 hour spa included in the room price per day to relax after 10 days on the bike, restaurants nearby plus groceries 5 minutes from the hotel. Literally, it is a 3min drive from the hotel to the loading point at the airport (I timed it). After you have delivered your bike, you can actually go to the hotel if you want. Takes about 45 minutes. 10 euros per room if the hotel will arrange transport of people to the airport (I have a flight the day after the MC is delivered. Clean and nice. Cold table breakfast.

Upon arrival we were met by Matya who was extremely friendly, informative and checked us into our family room swiftly and arranged a time slot for our swim. The hotel was really modern and had lots of separate comfortable seating areas throughout. We had an adjoining room, both of which were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We then went down and had a drink in their garden, the setting of which is stunning. However when my son went back to the bar in the garden for a drink he was told by the elderly gentleman waiter he couldn’t have a drink from there and he had to go inside to the restaurant to order a drink. We were somewhat surprised that it was this same waiter that then served him in the restaurant. If no drink orders are taken in the garden bar maybe a sign could be put up to let guests know. We stayed for breakfast which was delicious bacon, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals and pastries. We ate in the garden in the evening however felt again the 2 elderly gentleman waiters weren’t being very friendly and seemed to almost look down their nose at us (especially the one with the ponytail). Lucky for us the lovely George introduced himself and couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. He asked where we would like to sit and arranged our table, explained where the wine was from as he was pouring it and was extremely nice to my young son. George is an absolute credit to the restaurant and never stopped working throughout the whole night making sure everybody was looked after. We enjoyed our stay but the 2 waiters did slightly make things feel uncomfortable at times but couldn’t fault the rest of the staff, even the room maids were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again and hope George will be there to make our evening enjoyable again.

This hotel was very good, close to Alicante airport so the location was great and they offer a shuttle service for a very reasonable £10. We stayed twice, once at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. Would have no hesitation staying again.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. It's only 5 minutes drive from the airport and they provided a shuttle service for 10 euros. There are a few bars and restaurants in the area but we had a major thunderstorm so stayed at the hotel to eat and it was nice and peaceful and relaxing.

Great location, very close to the airport. There is free parking outside on the road, or secure parking in their garage for €5 a night. Taxi transfer to the airport was quoted at €10 per room.
Friendly, multilingual check in at reception.
Silvia in the cafe/restaurant was charming - nothing was too much trouble for her. Good food at reasonable prices in the Carabí cafe and restaurant (although note that there is a snack menu for the cafe and fuller menu for the restaurant).
We booked two rooms which ended up being at either end of the same corridor, but our experiences of hot and noisy rooms were the same. The beds were comfortable with good linen, but with the noise, I am afraid that we would not stay here again. Shame.

Immaculately clean, superb staff and incredibly comfortable beds. The restaurant served one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The airport shuttle service was very slick and the transfer took around 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight
