We had a very enjoyable few days here. Lovely secluded garden and pool close to the beach. Great home cooked breakfast too. Short drive to some great fish restaurants. You may spot the monkeys passing through too! Rooms are nice and airy some with a sea view no aircon but it's not really needed as the fan is adequate at...

We were very sad when we've checked out because we were welcomed with open arms! The friendliness of the owners and the pleasant stay, not to mention the breath taking view; made it very difficult to leave! Thanks for everything!!

A great place to stay if you want a well run, relaxed guesthouse not a full featured hotel. The place is run by a most excellent host attentive and helpful with local recommendations. The rooms are fantastic, we had the sea view and it is beautiful. Mot forgetting that the place is amazing value!.

We spent 2nd time there, this time Easter weekend. The lodge is Swiss owned, i.e. rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast very good, with view to sea. .Breathtaking view from room and terrace to the sea. Beach is 1.5km / 3 minutes drive. All in all a phantastic place, we will come back again.

The view from the terrace onto the sea is stunning, clean sea air, rooms spotless clean and spacy, breakfast is rich and owners very nice.....all in all a phantastic experience....the beach (swimming area) and restaurants are 1.2 km away, which means 20 minutes walking (steep roads) or 5 minutes driving. All in all a great experience, highly recommended.

Beautifully and tastefully furnished room and bathroom with freestanding bath and wet room shower - overlooking the sea. The Masters room represents a quite luxourious experience at a very reasonable price. With a fully stocked honesty bar, complimentary tea and coffee, the best cooked breakfast AND a pool and deck - you really can't go wrong here. Walking distance to...

My wife and I stayed at Wailana last summer, after our wedding. We were delighted with our room (the Captain's Cabin) with it's lovely balcony and sea views, and comfortable large bed. It's a short walk down to the beach, and Rene rustles up a tasty breakfast. We also enjoyed the hammock in the garden. Very reasonably priced too. If...

The view was good and we were taken in by the posh decor and spacious balcony when viewing the room. It was 40 degree c and later we realised to our dismay that the decorative ceiling fan was simply inadequate (especially when you lower the mosquito net over the bed) i.e. no air- con. The fan was so noisy. We...
