Great room, great service, great restaurant, and even a liquor store. If you are staying in this town, this is a great place to be. They have an incredible indoor courtyard around the indoor pool. It's very relaxing. The room pillows are awesome.

I was in Westlock for 2 1/2 weeks and stayed at the Westlock Inn. Price was a very reasonable at $89 a night which includes breakfast every morning in the Cafe'. Salt water pool was not busy but the only thing I found weird was that it is located in an atrium where people are right next to the pool eating at the Buffet at noon hours and supper time on weekends. That's a bit odd , so I went when buffet was not on. No jacuzzi / hot tub or shower area though. ( Also pool area had a gate , but was never closed ...Very unsafe as rooms are a few short steps away and children could easily leave a room and walk down the ramp into the pool.) Front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful and accommodating but a bit shy on the knowledge of the city itself and directions to businesses and such. I had a room on the 2nd floor (smoking room) but the annoying ventilation system in the hallways was very loud and could be heard in the room, so I moved further down the hall after a few sleepless nights. It didn't help a bunch but it was better. ( Get a room in the east side where the fan noise was not so prevalent.) Even the housekeeping staff said it is annoying.
Food in buffet was ( $16.99) average, tasty, but cafe food was great. The bar though was always filled with profane laced "gentlemen" who would watch sports on the TVs, spew loudly their objections to whatever sport was on and staff seemed oblivious to their profanity. A few patrons (such as myself) got fed up and finished their drink and left. It is full of VLT machines also.

No elevator that I saw , so if you don't want to haul your luggage to 2nd floor , take main floor room.
All in all , it was a nice place and VERY clean ! I would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, food at the cafe for breakfast was great and had dinner at the Grill which was fantastic although took a while to get our food out Brit we were a group of 11 and had asked for the food to come out together so perhaps could be expected.

Value for the stay was great as there were other options in town but rates were higher... the inn isn’t the newest hotel but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable!

First, there was only two handicap parking spots.Compare this to how many rooms and definitely not sufficient. No elevator so we struggled. The receptionist was very abrupt and not welcoming. She didn’t give us enough breakfast vouchers. The breakfast is fine, but if you don’t eat meat and choose the two eggs instead of meat they want to charge you depending on the day and waitress. One waitress slopped coffee everywhere and didn’t apologize or even wipe it up. The pool area is very strange because people are eating in a restaurant around the pool. Yes it closes at 11 thank goodness as there were some very noisy people jumping in the pool, which we could hear as room overlooked the pool. Overall the hotel is priced fairly, but needs some improvements.

Stayed here for two nights as a wedding guest and was quite impressed with the rooms, super clean. The restaurant got a bit overwhelmed at times but was good food. Had a room on the second floor which was nice but the laundry room is there and they start fairly early so I would recommend the bottom floor if your a light sleeper.

I gave this place a try when I was in town for a wedding. They have two great restaurants but that's about all they have going for them.

Upon arrival, check in was easy. At first glance the room was pretty clean. By morning I was regretting my stay. I woke up with small bites all over my body. I went to the doctor and found out it was from bed bugs, BED BUGS!!

Let me tell you, I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Recently stayed at Westlock Inn for 3 nights. For an older hotel this place was quite impressive. They have 3 restaurants, one of them in a garden setting with large indoor trees and plants. nice lounge area where you can sit back and relax/ socialize, VLT/pool table has a large indoor pool that was very clean and warm. (kids loved the pool) Quite impressed with the buffets they serve on a daily basis. Food was exceptional - always fresh and plenty to choose from. I spoke with the Chef who was always very polite. Not sure why they got one bad review about the food as I know first hand they go through great lengths to ensure you have enjoyed your meal. But I guess as the saying goes you cant always please everyone all the time! anyway - the staff and front desk were always polite and friendly and immediatley addressed any concerns that you may have. Room was very clean but could use some updating. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I had the chance to speak with Hotel manager who was very interested to hear about our stay. Very polite and friendly. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and can honestly say this is one of the best! will not hesitate in returning again in the near future. Hope this review was helpful. Merry Christmas!

I stayed for four nights in July. The first night I had a room where the air did not work at all. When I asked for help they sent maintenance. It was still hot the next day and I asked to be moved to a new room which they were great about! The girl at front desk even helped me move and they gave me a great big King corner room!

The bedding is very nice, the bed is awesome! The rooms are nicely equipped with nice furniture, TV, Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.

The restaurant is really great and the service is awesome! We also ate in the bar once and that was really good too! Room service was 15 minutes - super quick!

They have the nicest pool I have seen in a long time! Salt water and so warm. I loved it!

I really enjoyed the Westlock Inn and I would be happy to stay there again!

The entire building should be demolished. It smells of stained smoke. Roms were dingy and dirty. The plug for the bathtub was the wrong size. The pool was unsupervised, shallow and cold. Towels were limited. Stench of smoke wafted throughout the structure. The word "Inn" is a farce. Servers in the cafe were rude and angry. Would not stay again. Do not recommend it for anyone.
