The location is amazing! It’s close to a mini super market, few parkings and really close to the city centre. The room was very clean and quite spacious as well. For the price, this is a really great place!

Stayed there because of it's location close to the Saint-Luc Hospital, loved it. The room I got was very cozy and had a kitchenette. There is a supermarket at ground-level where you can get your groceries and an underground parking as well. I remember waking up to a nice misty view of the park nearby. Definetly a good location.

Cordialement, Team ROXI

Roxi residence will be lovely when it is finished. It was initially hard to find, as there is no signage to indicate that you are in the right place. The room was lovely but the common areas are unfinished with some doors still to be attached, some walls to be painted and loose wires dangling from the ceiling. The most annoying this is that there is no restaurant and no shop. Nowhere to get any food from, despite this being listed as possible. I am back there next week so it wasn't terrible but make sure you bring your own food. (No toaster, kettle or microwave in kitchen)
