1. Stinky, tiny room. 2. Furniture form 1980-1990s 3. No food service at "hotel restaurant" at the weekends. On Sunday 19:00 desk clerk offered me a slice of pizza after 8 hours journey. 4. No flexibility with including breakfest into room rate, luckly for me at the check out computer was down and desk clerk wrote the bill including meal...

The hotel has rooms which are very small for 2 persons to stay. They DO NOT provide an iron and ironing board by default. When asked for one, they gave a strange look to me! The weirdest thing in the room is that they have blinds "outside" the windows. So any stranger can easily peak into your room OR you...

I have stayed at a number of Campanile hotels and understand the deal. This week all the hotels around the Brussels airport were booked or very expensive so I booked the Campanile. The booked was 130 Euros so they were taking advantage of the situation and not offering the normal low price. The TV did not work, the internet connection...

Nice location for tranist passangers. Took me 20 euros by cab as i landed at 12am. The reception was generous enough to await for me. Morning breakfast was average cost around Euro11. Had a good refreshing sleep but room was bit cold. Quite close to airport so just hop into a bus across the street to reach the airport in...

Check out time was 12 noon, and I planned to leave at 5 pm - of course I don't expect to be given such a late check out, so I offered to pay for the extra 5 hours' stay. The front office staff replied that there was no such fee, and I had to pay a full day's rack rate...

I stayed here for business a couple years ago - big mistake. This is a bare minimum hotel. It would work great for backpackers or those on holiday who need to make a quick night stop before/during/after their trip. It is not a hotel that's meant for luxury, comfort, and excessive amenities. It is VERY basic and simply not for...

Small motel type rooms. The staff looks unprofessional. Seemed to use a computer system, but initially charged me more than the amount on my reservation. Wake-up call was made 40 min later than requested. Electric kettle in the room was not working (they replaced it by one from another room). However, for a night very close to the airport that...

The hotel is lcated in the middle of a corporate area but the immediate surrounding is very. The hotel has planted trees all around the place. The car park is too small but you can park your car in front of a company. There is a nice terrace where you can have your meals under the sunshine. YOU can think...

I dont mind budget hotels, but i have a big problem with any hotel that promises internet service and after 2 nights and 2 different rooms i have been getting a connection for 5 mins, then no connection for 30-40mins, etc etc. This service is worse than useless. They clearly have an inadequate internet service and should stop giving their...

“Ground Floors are relatively better - as 1st or 2nd floors don't have lift - i.e. you will have to walk the stairs with your luggage. Similarly, the passage on 1st/2nd Floor is quite narrow.”
