Friendly staff, comfortable a stylish room. The hotel gym is excellent, swimming pool as well. The restaurant and wine bar are also excellent. Great breakfast, too! I'd definitely stay again. The only tricky issue is approaching the hotel by car, or taxi in my case. We were not sure where to go. We pulled into the parking garage, but the taxi driver was a bit concerned that he would get stuck down there. The entire city is 'elevated' so driving and parking occur 'below' the city, as it is pedestrianised.

I stayed here for two nights on business. There are only two hotels in Louvain-la-neuve and this one is preferable in terms of price and location. It is nearly new and well designed. The room was a good size and well furnished with free WiFi, bed was comfortable, and I heard no noise during the night. Although keep in mind that I was there during the university exam period and I have been told things can get noisy during the warmer months. The hotel restaurant food is excellent and not too pricey. Breakfast was included in my rate and there was a good selection of hot and cold options in the buffet. Front desk and restaurant staff were well trained.

Rooms are more economical in nature. Breakfast and coffee are decent. Location is very good. Beds are firm and bathrooms are ok in size. No toiletries and no in room iron if located on the 1 side. Rooms are nicer on the 2 side. Rooms facing the courtyard are preferred and quieter.

A well designed hotel but very sadly on some platforms they give impressive you will have access to the pool but in practice ask for a massive fee to use it. Dont come if not ready to pay much on top of room fee
