Really nice experience. The Martin´s Agora is a good alternative if you are looking for a business hotel close to Wavre. Excellent spa and gym area. Location is in the heart of LLV with a lot of restaurants around.
Very nice hotel in center of the town of Louvain-La-Nueve. Modern design, with fitness and Spa. Price a bit higher then in close Ibis, but worth to pay. Breakfast very rich & fresh. Recommandition: If you arrive by car after 6pm, better to park in city undeground parking, then the hotel one. It costs 2€ per rest of the night, than 22€ requested by hotel. If you leave in the morning it is much cheaper. Of course you can repeat it every day... You option to take a lift directly to the reception, but it is really not far (choosing Grand Place “Cinemas” part of the parking)
Excellent service, focused on comfort, convenience and cleanliness. Beautiful design with wonderful amenities. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, spa is well appointed and relaxing, rooms are spacious and clean and quite.
Brand new hotel in the heart of Louvain La Neuve. In fact, the only one in the heart of LLN. Hotel has everything you will need (parking, bar, restaurant, coworking space), a nice design (elegant-minimalist). Rooms are quite large and absolutely clean (hotel has just opened!). A bit noisy at night (because you are in the city center) but OK! Around the hotel, you will find plenty of restaurant (all styles, including fast food, but also brasserie, italian, lebanese, belgian, ...), cinema (in front of the hotel), bars, shops (including the Esplanade shopping mall at 5 minutes walk). A bit expensive but excellent level.
I recommend this hotel for a business trip, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Pleasant view down to inner courtyard. The hotel is still going through final completion touches, I believe the gym is not yet open but will be soon. The large double bed was very firm, have to say the pillows were not to my taste - huge, using one was like sleeping on three pillows! - so I did without. One complementary bottle of water provided in the room on arrival but not replaced every day, which would have been nice. Great shower, waterfall shower head and water remains at constant temperature. In-room wifi is limited but you can upgrade at extra cost. The included breakfast was a little disappointing, I think yoghurt should be provided with fruit as standard, and the coffee was from a machine. The hotel restaurant was ok but pricey and I didn't think the food justified it. Not a problem though because there are lots of other eateries to choose from nearby in Grand Place, including Thai and an excellent Italian Il Doge (expensive though). The staff in the hotel were very pleasant as is everyone in Brussels it seems. I enjoyed my stay here very much. One important thing to note - don't try to arrive at the hotel by following Google maps the hotel address will take you to somewhere about half a mile away. The hotel is in Grand Place Agora resort. …
