We first visited this place in 2009 and decided to try it again this year in August. Below are my thoughts: Pros: 1) As my subject suggests, the room rates are quite affordable when compared to other beach resorts in the area. We stayed in Bahay Magnolia which cost PHP 6,500 per night (for a max of 6 persons) and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. Its a bit pricy compared to what you get. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff were frindly. But the internet wasn't working, the pool is 100 pesos for using, food wasn't good, other guest were very loud and the location isn't that good. Dont think we will come back.

My family enjoyed our day tour here, vice nice place, location was accessible and very friendly staff. Clean beach and relaxing cottage to lay-in. I enjoyed every single food that they serve in the restaurant, very fresh sea food and affordable price. Recommendable to others.

compared to other resorts in the area, kabayan beach resort offers an affordable rate. pool is a bit small and you have to pay an additional fee of 100 pesos. beach is average. you can hire a boat for island hopping and snorkeling which costs 3000 pesos for 2 hours, but it's worth it.wifi connection needs improvement too

Our stay was good. We stayed at one of their family rooms. The house would be too small to accomodate 8 people. It has its own kitchen with utensils and water dispenser provided. The cr would need some maintenance but is acceptable. Also, the resort is near the other resorts which would make the beach itself very crowded. The resort... More

Stayed here last May for an overnight with the whole Family. - Nice kubo cottages with complete kitchenette and water dispenser. x No free use of towel for the visitors for an overnight stay! Need to buy towels from their store! x P100 fee if you want to use their swimming pool! x Dirty, lots of garbage in the beach!... More

We were in Kabayan for a company outing. It was going to be our first time to see the resort. Upon arrival, I liked the concept of the place. Our cottage was bahay kubo inspired, it had a kitchen and a dining area by the entrance. The rooms were clean, beds neatly made. It does have the Filipino feel. Space... More

Very accomodating. My family end up having a "Biglaang Outing" and this resort was perfect for us since we were 16 in the family. Super budget friendly and the place was relaxing. Good for reunions and team buildings. The pool was clean and also the surroundings. Very organized.

We were 7 ladies and were accommodated at the "Mustasa" cottage. Since we had just gone from an adventure trip at the closeby, newly opened Laiya Adventure Park where we did ziplining, giant swing, wall climb and swimming at their very nice infinity pool, our accommodation at Kabayan Beach Resort was more of relaxation and enjoying good food and company....
