Staff work hard and keep the resort clean and tidy. store and restaurant/bar closed at exactly 8pm probably due to few guests. this aside the low number of guest did mean we had facilities mostly to ourselves. a very nice time was had. Wifi was provided but could not get an internet connection. there is policy of charging addition 100...

I have been here several times. My go-to place to Laiya if i'm with a large group. We always get the large cottages, and there's the option to cook. there's also a small pool, a small playground, and a restaurant which serves average-tasting food, except for their turon. Service is good.

The place was great. In the morning, the low tide would give you a better look of the whole place. All the staff were helpful and courteous. Need to improve on the pool though, practically for kids only. If you wish to buy fresh sea foods, you can buy from fishermen who would sell their fresh catches somewhere on the...

A very nice resort in Batangas that will really pamper you and relieve all your stress to become fresh again. We are planning to go back here because the people are very accommodating and provide good service as well.

The ads really so deceiving it is really not good when you already see the beach in the afternoon...really not worth to travel for so many hours because in the afternoon you will no longer feel that you are in a beach due to low tide it turns into a muddy beach.so disappointing!!!

We stayed here for one night, the staff were nice and the pool and beach facilities (Banana Boat, Flying Fish etc.) were great but the rooms weren't that great, the sheets and toilet smelled musty and the shower door had fallen off. The public toilets were terrible, the walls of the toilets were actually glass so you could see into...

My family celebrated our father's birthday last November 13, 2016 with a day tour at Kabayan Beach Resort. Pros: 1. Affordable. You could bring food inside the resort and entrance fee and cottage was pocket-friendly. 2. We arrived early at around five am and the staff already allowed us to use the resort. 3. Cleanliness. The staff maintained cleanliness on...

We first visited this place in 2009 and decided to try it again this year in August. Below are my thoughts: Pros: 1) As my subject suggests, the room rates are quite affordable when compared to other beach resorts in the area. We stayed in Bahay Magnolia which cost PHP 6,500 per night (for a max of 6 persons) and...

We stayed here for 3 nights. Its a bit pricy compared to what you get. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff were frindly. But the internet wasn't working, the pool is 100 pesos for using, food wasn't good, other guest were very loud and the location isn't that good. Dont think we will come back.

My family enjoyed our day tour here, vice nice place, location was accessible and very friendly staff. Clean beach and relaxing cottage to lay-in. I enjoyed every single food that they serve in the restaurant, very fresh sea food and affordable price. Recommendable to others.
