We have just returned from a week all-inclusive and in the main we enjoyed our week. The hotel was clean and the food was nice. Check in was quick. Staff were friendly and experienced and very attentive. It was a bit disappointing that snacks were not available between 3.30pm - 6.30pm, Other all inclusive places that we have stayed have...

Just back from our fifth visit to this hotel. As returning visitors, we were obviously happy with the resort, but have noticed that the hotel still seems to be making tangible improvements. This was, without a doubt, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all of us. Our two children were overjoyed to be returning and loved every minute. The food...

After reading reviews on here I decided to book half board. It's a lovely modern, clean, safe and friendly hotel which goes above and beyond in their service. I would say the staff came across as professional. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the people staying are from all different countries and nationalities. My son lost his white fluffy toy...

The jacuzzi is supposed to b forbidden below 16 years old and it's full of little kids 4-5 yesrs old without their parents jumping and screaming there and making pii inside and the life guard of the hotel is observing that all day long without saying anything. And there is a special kuds- pool and -playing area! This hotel is...

Was a bit unsure of this hotel as compared with others it seemed a bit cheap. However on arrival the hotel was excellent. Check in was friendly, quick and I was able to get in my room at midday since it was ready. Room was large and clean with all amenities required for the stay. Food was fresh and plenty...

Had a lovely 9 nights all inclusive here over New Year. The hotel was nice and clean and had we had a nice sea-view from our room. The pool was cold unfortunately despite it saying on the website it was heated in winter and the Jacuzzi was also quite cold which was a shame as it's not that hot during...

This hotel, is obviously an older building, but the rooms are huge, great bathrooms and balconies, walk in shower etc. Beds comfortable and changed twice in five days. Great location 5 minutes from the beach, probably 10 minutes from the bars and restaurants, but in a really quiet location. Accessible from the airport, instead of paying the 20 euro transfer,...

The hotel has a good location close to Los Pocillos. That's about it. I was shocked with the quality of the food, we were served raw chicken and raw fish, the people were in competition in how much food they can eat, no paella or seafood, same breakfast every day with soggy bacon etc. The staff was very stiff, no...

Lucky first to have beautiful weather.....very clean and comfortable beds, cleaned daily..b&b... usual basic buffet breakfast .....most staff friendly ....plenty of beds and space around pool.....new town end of puerto del Carmen so not much in area but not far to walk either....nothing on beach which is probably why it's quite empty....but latterly minutes from airport ...so would go again...

Spent a week there in January. Could not fault it at all. Great location, great staff, great service. Right in the front close to the shops and bars of Puerto del Carmen. Room was large with great balcony and sea view.
