Faasai Resort and Spa is a beautiful resort in a natural setting. It has all the modern luxuries, tremendously friendly and professional staff and lots of things to do both in the resort and and in the surrounding area. I cant recommend it enough.

I just spent two weeks at Faasai Resort & Spa, leading a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect location for retreating, and I stumbled upon it about 6 months ago when I was put in touch with the owner Bronwen, also a kiwi :) We ran a 7 day retreat involving nature, cycling, swimming, hiking, lazing by the...

Faasai was a peek into traditional Thailand, with Thai massage trained at Wat Po, homegrown organic herbal steams and massages, and local homemade Thai food standards. The food was delicious, fresh and organic. Life the way it was for centuries in Thailand. But the air con keeps sleeping comfortable, English breakfast is also available and the pool is another pleasant...

This really is a Garden of Eden. I woke the first morning to see a green lawn with what looked like sheep gently grazing. Beside it, a stunning swimming pool and carp pond. Opposite was a Bodhi tree and feng shui garden and all around were blossoms and butterflies. The food was delicious - especially Sura's Tom Yum soup with...

We spent great 2 weeks as volunteers at Faasai. The staff are very welcoming and work hard to keep the place very clean and running smoothly. Sura makes the most delicious Thai food and was always on hand to help. We went on 2 trips: Chanthaburi market and Phliu waterfall. Both were great experiences and good value for money. We...

We had the cheapest room in faasai resort. The room was small but clean in thai style. There was ac and a fan. Also a shower and toilet. The resort was more natural with many plants and trees. The pool was not so deep but good enough for cooling down. They had also towels at the pool. You could hire...

Thank you Thomas for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the experience of nature. Glad too to hear your comment about the coffee! I also appreciate hearing your feedback about the confusing tour prices in our guest information and will check the materials and fix this.

I stayed there last night and really loved it. Lovely tranquil location about 1km from the beach. The rooms are small but tastefully furnished. There is even a bodhi tree to meditate under! The pool was lovely and I enjoyed a great swim. The ideal place to bring a lover or a family.

Verkeerde tijd, verkeerde plek? After a phonecall and a 'study' of the website, it looked like THE place to relax at the end of our holiday. It costs a lot of money to get there and we regret we didn't ask the taxi driver to wait and drive us somewhere else. The staff is really nice, she's a good cook...

Thank you for this review. I am afraid that the resort is quiet at the moment as it is the low season, which I explained on the phone when you called. We cannot guarantee when it will be more lively, but obviously it is quieter in the rainy season, between May and October. As I have written on our website,...

Lovely little resort set amongst native bush in Chanthaburi province. Super friendly staff. Our little bungalow was smallish but fine for 2 people. With good aircon, comfy bed, a jug, tea/coffee/water, fridge, good hot water shower and a private little balcony we were very comfortable. The resort features a restaurant (good reasonable price food), a spa (massage and health treatments...

I love this place. We spent Christmas and some other holidays here. We consider it our home away from home. It is only 2 to 3 hours from Bangkok. The Owner and Staff are very warm and welcoming. Food and services always very good. Simple but comfortable and tranquil surroundings. Everyone greets you with a big smile and makes you...
