Great golf course but........ We were a group of 32 on a very well organised day. All details confirmed by email. Bacon sandwiches and coffee on arrival. 18 holes of golf followed by a two course meal. What a disaster, we should have just played the golf and gone to the local pub!!! Coffee arrived full of floating grounds, and...

Despite emails confirming exact details of the agreed golf package, coffee & bacon rolls were not forthcoming before the golf, in fact they argued that they were not part of the package! Eventually they came. Coffee jugs had to be sent back on two occasions. As a result of all this, our tee times had to be delayed. The evening...

Four of us visited here to play golf for my birthday on a Sunday saver with dinner bed and breakfast included. We played the Sapphire course on Sunday afternoon which is a par 66 and were not impressed as the majority of the par 4s were blind tee shots and the greens were tiny and it was impossible to stop...

My mother booked as a treat for us and we were made to feel second best to the wedding party that was taking place. Spa facilities were not working, which is why we chose this hotel. Cleanliness was dreadful especially in bathroom. Food was good so that was positive as if it wasn't we would have left and asked for...

My family and I enjoyed our stay with you. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant staff were very attentive and obliging.

Apart from Golfers I can't see this place appealing to anyone else as it's definitely centred around catering for those using either of the two courses. We stayed as a party of eleven and enjoyed an overnight stay with two rounds of golf. Rooms are comfortable and of a standard similar to those found at Premier Inn, although the beds...

some receptionist could do with customer service re-training. The breakfast as pointed out was poor and finding something small and grey in the scrambled egg was a real put of. Did complain so hopefully this will be sorted in the future. There was quite a number of guests that returned their breakfast because they hadn't got it right. Premier Inn breakfast...

We was placed in room and the shower control was broken so could not turn down the temperature of the water. Moved rooms but had to ask. Went down to the sap and the sauna was not working on both mornings. Has a steam and was insufficient temperature both mornings. Waited too long to be served breakfast

A very good experience all round, lovely rooms and very good staff. The golf course was challenging and well looked after. I didn't book this trip but enjoyed the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

Booked a spa weekend for myself, my mom and her friend, and my sister to relax before my sisters wedding and it wasn't so relaxing! We arrived to be told that there was only one room under our name, and the hotel was fully booked. The staff member was most unhelpful at first, and didn't really do anything to ease...
