We booked the Apartment via a private owner online, this was a first for us as usually do hotels .The apartment had everything you could need and more for self catering break and was very clean through out . There a number of pools on the complex , the balcony overlooked one of the pools, nice view for early evening...

Shame when you arrive that what you get is not what you thought you booked and paid for. Heaps of pics if anyone wants. Hardly anything apartment to be able to go self catering. Had to buy wine glasses, bottle opener, cork screw, etc. Apartment very clean but complex awful. Booked free wifi, maid service, water park on site. None...

Had a fantastic time at mare verde, loved the pool bar, karen and wayne are the best hosts, the breakfast and food was to die for and you wont get a better pint anywhere, plus its very cheap well worth the money.

The MareVerde is a great place to stay, for couples and families. I stayed in April, it was peaceful, you can really relax here. It feels like you are away from everything. As the beach is so close people tend to go out during the day, and the bar closes at 9pm so it is really quiet in the evenings....

Since the photo was taken that is on this site it has all been decorated and the pools are now looked after, as are the area's around...

First class apartments, everything from a thimble up. Great resort for families, or couples, wanting a totally chill out and relaxing break. Plenty to do, plenty to see, plenty options for eating out. No problems getting sunbeds - e1.50 per day each sunbed good value. No problems with pools or poolside relaxation. Clean, well maintained, and ample notification if pool...

I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews but shouldn't have worried. This is a lovely base for a family holiday. It's very central and only 5 mins walk from the beach. The pools in the complex are brilliant, especially the cascading pool which runs through phase 1 and 2 although we spent most of our time in the heated...

Amazing little resort, the pool is lovely with a great pool bar serving delicious food, I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was large and comfy with a big veranda at the front to sit out on with a pool view, one of the best places I have ever been.

The apartment we stayed in was in phase 3 which is under superficial refurbishment - exterior painting and repair work to the roof. This work did impact upon our access to the apartment. Many of the apartments in phase 3 look very scruffy and there was often a bad smell on the complex from the bins and drains. There are...
