Went (All Inclusive) after it was recommended by Thomas Cook. Staff need to be more friendly. Place shuts down too early 11pm and way out from main resort. Food fine. Entertainment needs improving. If you have walking difficulties it's not for you.

This is our second visit to this hotel. We love the remote location that it is situated in. There is easy access to buses if you want to visit Playa. The hotel is very clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The buffet food is a really good selection and fresh. You are aloud 3 nights of themed...

I've given this hotel four stars because the improvements I would make are fairly minor things and essentially it is a good hotel. Food was very good, the buffet was always stocked and hot and I always found something I wanted to eat. The a la carte restaurants were ok - best was the Brazilian by far and worst probably...

I visited this hotel in 2014 with my partner and another couple and would highly recommend this hotel. Its a little out the way but just a 5 min walk away theres a few bars that we visited. The rooms are clean and tidy and were comfortable for us on our stay here. The food at this hotel was nice...

Ok hotel. Nothing special. As previous reviewers have said, its remote, absolutely nothing in the area and not even a decent path to walk on so unless you hire a car you are pretty much stuck. It is situated on a steep hill. We were in block 6 of 7 blocks and this was almost the furthest away from the...

Hotel is excellent with regard to service, accommodation, facilities and especially food - probably the best quality and selection of food I've had in recent years! My only reservation was concerning the hotel after 11pm. I knew that the hotel was in a remote location when I booked. I also knew that the All Inclusive package finished at 11pm. BUT...
