We stayed at the El Duque aparthotel for 1 week at the end of January. We found it generally quite good value for money. We were given a pool side view room, which was spotlessly clean and surprisingly modern (having read previous reviews). The pools and the complex were also equally impressive, we never saw any issues with sun loungers...

Very nice and clean hotel. But Don't trust the cleaning staff. They took our money from wallet hidden in suitcases. You should take safetybox. I'm thankfull they didn't take all our money only 150 €. This hotel have wifi conection but customers are not allowed to use it. That sukcs 😞

Just came back from here with my husband and 7 month old son. All in all had a good holiday, only 3* so you expect 3* standard. Hotel grounds were lovely, we had a suite-which they'd apparently upgraded us to, but was just a normal 1 bed apt I think, but had huge lovely balcony and nice and spacious, nice...

Went here with the entire family, over 10 persons in total, aged 1-75+ years. Speaking for myself there's not much to complain about this hotel. As most things in life you get what you pay for. This is a rather cheap hotel, but I would still say that you get more than you pay for in this case. The staff...

Went all inclusive with First Choice & upgraded to 1 bed apartment (worth doing) overlooking small pool. Some rooms do have poor views! Apartment had plenty of space and was comfortable. Complex is clean and tidy, and staff are cheerful and helpful. Service is very good: we arrived late (missing dinner) and food was provided in our room, also there...

Booked this hotel through Barrhead Travel which is a Thomson's Hotel. Worst choice ever. Staff are most miserable bunch I have ever associated with. Couple of waiters and couple of bar staff very nice but reception, cleaners and others as miserable as ever. Rooms were kept clean but could have changed bed sheets a bit more. NO INTERNET......was told by...

This was the second time we had visited this hotel, the first having been a couple of years ago. We went for Christmas which may not be everybody's cup of tea but it suits us! I can't claim that we could completely get away from the festive season but it was much more watered down in the sun and good...

Just returned from a Christmas break at El Duque. We had the ground floor in block D. Very spacious, very clean room. Slightly disappointed as our balcony looked onto the back of the shopping centre, but not a massive problem. Room was cleaned everyday, clean towels everyday. We were bed and breakfast, food not bad, one of the waiters was...

El Duque is a little bit tired in places, but was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms are very clean, as are the public areas. All staff were very pleasant, particularly in the bar and restaurant. Evening entertainment was a bit of a hit and miss. We were all inclusive so all local spirits and beers / wines /...
