Room was nice & clean. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Thought the food was absolutely fantastic and there was a great variety on offer. Entertainment was brilliant. The only down side was the food at the snack bar by the pool. Going back next January.

This hotel was really value for money... it was spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant. We stayed in a studio - 3 of us... there was plenty of room. Very clean. Didn't see 1 cockroach or rat... didn't see as much as 1 ant!! The beach bar got busy during the day and was a bit understaffed.. but...

Large hotel, clean, basic, I saw no sign of cockroaches or rats. A few bars up the road, shops close by to get food/drinks/nicknacks. Stayed here in Oct with some girlfriends on a hen weekend, we arrived well after midnight and had difficulty finding our rooms as this place is like a maze and half of the corridors are in...

Stayed here for the new year celebrations from 30th December 2016 till 13th January 2017. Don't believe all the revues. This hotel is a good hotel for the price you pay. Staff very friendly food ok. Got better as holiday went on. Rooms clean. If you stay on floors 1,2,3 bit murky. All in all good hotel we will be...

We have visited this hotel for the last five years initially on our own as a couple, but the last three years we have been with our children and their partners. This year we had baby Ollie with us and he was made very welcome as we all were and always are. Christina on reception was fantastic and always made...

I'm not one to write reviews but you all need warned about this one. We're all easy pleased so after reading some reviews I thought it was people who expected more. They aren't. We requested 4th floor and were given the 2nd. Holes in the curtains. Cockroaches everywhere. Beds like concrete. Friends staying on floor 1 were swarmed with rats....

Welcome to another honest review This is a very large Hotel over 8 floors, with 3 underground Lets start with bad points if you requested a particular room you have no chance of getting it unless you are German, over 60 and booked more than 11 months ago, their explanation at reception when we arrived as that was what I...

Spent 3 nights here and was very disappointed with the apartment. Very tired looking and beds hard. The only nice room was the bathroom. The kitchen had no appliances only a fridge and cooker...no kettle toaster or cooking utensils. I know it was all inclusive but like to have a cup of tea when I get up. The pool area...

Why do we book Tenerife??? SUN right.... I've been to this Hotel 4 times.... the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms although a little dated are clean and well maintained... the pool area is big enough to cope with the number of guests and it does appear that the Hotel is spending money trying to update this Hotel......
