From the minute we arrived things were bad. One of the owners abused us in the driveway for getting a lift with a different shuttle provider than their own. We arrived at 1:50, 10 minutes before checkin and were told to wait since checking is at 2pm. Our room wasn't ready until 3pm. We sat around the foyer for an...

The true attitudes of the managers and staff of the hotel were only unveiled a few days into our stay through nasty looks and distasteful comments in the greek language. We had constant arguments with both the night receptionist ( an imbicill by the name of Villi who acted in a strictly robotic manner under the orders of his manager...

The Thomas hotel is a family run business. The family are lovely. They have limited taxis on the island and we needed one everyday as we were in a party of 27, but struggled sometimes. Especially in a morning, the Thomas family would take us in their personal cars. It is 10 euros to Mykonos town or a twenty minute...

the hotel is nice and clean, but its actually located outside mykonos town, on the top of a hill, you can not walk to the town, and it's impossible to come back by foot too! Apart from the guy from reception called Yanis, whom is kind, polite and extremely friendly, this hotel is run by an horrible, miserable woman called...

I paid a fortune for this but this was largely because it was a last minute booking and August is very much high season. Price was no indication of quality at all. There were holes in the bed sheets, stains on the bath mats, and while the room was clean, it was poorly equipped, with cheap furniture, no drinking glasses,...

We came here after partying it up at Paradise for some rest and respite and that's exactly what we got. On check in the receptionist was friendly without being overfamiliar, informative and professional. Our room wasn't ready yet as we arrived before check in but the waiting area was very comfortable. We found ourselves relaxing there quite a bit as...

Before arriving at the hotel I read some recent bad reviews about the place. I was a bit hesitant about my future stay for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was 4 hours before check in, I asked the staff if I could leave my bag which they then turn around and checked me in! The staff took my bag to...

Stayed with friend for three nights. Overall a well below average experience even though it could be argued it is expected based on the quite reasonable price. At surface it looks decent at first but quality is very poor, even though the room was clean. Location is too far from town. Breakfast included but is really nothing worth earing. Nice...

Stayed here in July 2014 and encountered the worst experience as soon as we arrived. They lost one of our bookings and blamed us. We booked a family room for 4 people and upon arrival only had 3 beds in the room until they shoved another one in explaining "this happens all the time".. These extra beds were VERY uncomfortable...

Hotel is fine, nothing flash, but a comfortable bed, and a short scooter ride to anywhere... I stayed 3 nights and didn't have a complaint. Pool was ok, breakfast was standard, coffee, bread, jams, meat, cheesecake etg c. Mykonos is a good island so get out and see it. All these bad reviews dont do the hotel justice!
