We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the large outdoor dining terrace where we were able to have both breakfast and evening meal. All the waiters and bar staff are super friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is excellent. We really enjoyed the weekly BBQ and, unlike some hotels, where you have to grab food before it runs out it was plentiful all evening. Breakfast is a good choice of hot and cold items. Tea and coffee is brought to the table as soon as you are seated and even better it was in a pot that was big enough for two cups for two people so you didn't need to catch the waiters attention for a second cup.

The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk into the town and in the other direction there is a lovely 1.5km walk along a wide pavement to the little windmill where you will find bars and cafes scattered along the way. The transfer from the airport is only 10-15 minutes and yet there is no disturbance from the aircraft. The grounds and pool area are restful and sunbeds plentiful along with fresh pool towels every day.

We loved the relaxed feel to the hotel but it won't be for you if you want entertainment and loud music. The live music around the bar in the evening was lovely, it was quiet enough for people to continue their conversations but at a sufficient volume to listen to.

We just wished we'd discovered this hotel years ago and, assuming the hotel doesn't change it's ethos after the refurbishment, we'll be back.

This hotel ouzes old world glamour. It excels in every department .. where a truly unique experience awaits you.
You immediately get a 'WoW' the moment you enter the hotel. The lobby, with its breathtaking winding staircase, is straight out of a Hollywood movie. The welcome from the Concierge and the reception staff, sets the high standard of customer service you will experience throughout the hotel, from every member of staff.
Breakfast is enjoyed in, or outside, of the very stylish dining room, furnished with Louis XV style dining chairs where pristine white linen adorn the tables. The plethora of delicious, high quality foods offered, is exceptional.
From every window of the dining room you are drawn to gasp at the spectacular bay right outside the hotel where luxury yachts are bobbing in the azure blue waters.
The sea water pool has plenty sun loungers and supplies the softest of pool towels. There is no splashy, splashy in the pool which aligns with the complete relaxing ambience created by the lush gardens that surround the pool.
The pool bar serves wonderful cool drinks and delicious snacks. I would like to highlight Elena from the pool bar who has a fabulous personality and every day she helped me improve my conversational greek. She was a great tutor and also a great ambassador for the hotel.
In the evenings, outdoor dining on the terrace under the stars was so romantic. Every night there was an abundant choice of high quality Greek and Mediterranean dishes offered, some prepared at your table. A pianist tinkled the ivories which added to the romantic setting, as we savoured every morsel of our dinner. The fabulous flavours danced across my tongue, course after course.
The air conditioned rooms are similar to the rest of the Hotel, tastefully decorated to a high standard and all have those magical sea views out over the bay. The house keeping staff continue to deliver the very high standard that is the norm in this hotel.
We liked how the manager had a very discreet manner in overseeing that every guest was having their best holiday.
This was our first visit to The Corfu Palace and it won't be the last. It a true jewel on the island of Corfu

A really beautiful hotel, with the most amazing sea views, that changed daily. The room was all as described ours had been updated and had wooden flooring and the marble bathrooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. It would be good if the shower curtains could be updated to a screen. The bed was comfy and the pillow menus are a nice touch.
The main hotel is starting to date, but it still looks impressive.
All staff were friendly and helpful from the poolside to the housekeepers
If we had a niggle it’s with the restaurant. Service was mediocre at best, not what we’d expect for a 5 star hotel and food was good but again lacking 5 star quality and overpriced when compared to the many nearby restaurants.

From the moment you arrive into the foyer, you instantly see the warmth and friendliness of the staff who check you in.
This goes right the way through with everyone working in the hotel so friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts are very well presented suiting all tastes, the pool and the deckchairs offer a very well kept area with plenty of room and of course the pool bar serving drinks and light snacks with an ordering app by your deckchair you don’t have to move to get your food and drinks brought to you, or you can just sit up at the tables round the bar.
There is a lifeguard on duty at the pool from opening till closing time.
The rooms are very tastefully decorated and kept clean to a very high standard and of course you have a selection of options on the type of room you can book, and all rooms have air conditioning.
There is plenty of entertainment on offer in the evenings too numerous to mention , but the Greek Barbecue nights are just amazing!
There are many wonderful attributes to this fantastic hotel … but without shadow of a doubt what keeps us coming back year after year is the staff … they will forever have a special place in our hearts. They make us feel as if we are coming home …

We booked a superior room on the 6th floor on a half board basis. The room was very large with a superking bed, a large walk-in wardrobe area, a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Air conditioning is controllable from the room and very quiet. Our balcony looked out onto the beautiful Garitsa Bay and the Old Fort. We loved it! We had fruit in the room everyday and a free newspaper of our choice.
Breakfast had everything we could wish for and dinner was an amazing four course meal with a big choice of food. If you wish you can swap the evening meal for lunch around the pool bar. Just ask reception.
The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
The pool and pool area is beautiful. No problem with sunbeds. The pool is saltwater and looked very clean. No smelling of chorine after a swim!
Being a cricket fan I loved the cricket memorabilia in the corridor,
There is no real beach nearby so don't stay here if you want a beach holiday. Also there is no entertainment for small children. Consider it a hotel for adults.
It is within easy walking distance of Corfu town with it's many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and museums.
My only minor complaints were no tea and coffee in the room and dinner isn't served until 8pm which leaves little time if you want to have a stroll into Corfu Town after eating.
We enjoyed our stay enormously and will be back.

Beautiful view from our room and the biggest bed I’ve had in a hotel! All bedrooms have a sea view and a balcony / terrace. All the staff were friendly and efficient and any queries we had were dealt with quickly. We had a late return flight and the hotel gave us a bed room to use until our departure (7pm) at no additional charge. Food was very good and breakfast was excellent. I’d recommend b&b cos Corfu Town has lots of restaurants and in all honesty a big breakfast means only a snack needed at lunchtime. Beware that the water provided is only complimentary on the first day; cost is about 2€ a bottle there after … and 50c from the local shops. Remember that as in all Corfu Town, you can’t put paper down the loo - you quickly acclimatise! Had a massage in the spa - v good and they do regular deals eg 1/2 price for a second treatment. Didn’t find a gym/fitness room though. The swimming pool is v good, one of the biggest we’ve had in a hotel (ie not a kidney shaped goldfish bowl) and has a 2.7m deep end. Went on a whole day trip to Albania which was good and good value. Would recommend the Corfu Palace and will go again the next time I’m in CT.

What a fabulous hotel. The staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough to make us feel special, welcome, happy and very well catered for.
At breakfast, we had an amazing variety of options. The whole ambience was one of peaceful, civilised tranquility. Our room 321 had a glorious view overlooking the bay where the yachts and boats were moored. The room service was excellent. There was a variety of ages there during our stay although the majority were probably 50+, all of whom observed the peaceful, civilised nature of the hotel.
Short walk to the beautiful Venitian town centre.
Definitely recommend. A big shout out to ALL staff - thank you.

This is old fashioned luxury at one of Corfu’s best hotels. The public rooms are very grand but the bedrooms are quite functional albeit with everything you need and are spotless. Location is perfect with a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the Old Town with all its shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is very varied and well stocked. There is a great seawater pool and the cafe/bar is open all day and evening. Plenty of sunbeds and no booming music. Very relaxing.
But it is the staff who make the difference as the service is brilliant. The very friendly Manager, Alex, throws a free cocktail party every week so you can meet other guests. He is a keen cricketer and Corfu has a long history of the sport. Thomas looked after us splendidly at breakfast and Georgia was very friendly in the bar.
We had a late flight on the last day and the front desk gave us another room for the afternoon so we could shower before we left as we had been around the pool all day. All for free!
We’ve stayed at lots of hotels in the Greek islands and this is definitely one of the best.

We have visited this hotel many times and it never disappoints. From booking in to booking out everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Booking was very efficient directly with the hotel, the room was kept lovely and clean by housekeeping, and bar staff were always cheerful and on the ball remembering what drinks we enjoyed. We ate hb and enjoyed both breakfast and the evening meal with beautiful cooked food and plenty of choices. Service by Haris and his team was exemplary. Alex the hotel director holds a cocktail night and makes a point of chatting with all guests and always has a 'hello' and a chat if he sees you during your stay. We would never want to stay anywhere else in Corfu . Its position is great too with all rooms sea facing and a short stroll to the town.

We recently stayed for a week and Corfu Palace was perfect for our trip, the sole aim was to relax and the hotel certainly helped with that! The pool is fabulous and never a struggle to get a sun lounger, plus we were able to borrow pool towels to take out to the various beaches/boat trips too. Salt water pool is lovely and refreshing!

Our room had a wooden floor that looked pretty new as opposed to the carpets some rooms have, I imagine that’s part of the upcoming renovation process. Spacious room and a bed so large you don’t notice you’re even sharing, his n her sinks in the substantial bathroom too.

The breakfast buffet was varied and so tasty, my favourite was the fruity Greek yoghurt topped with granola and honey from the fresh honeycomb, so much choice.

Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so so helpful.

For things to do - highly recommend Asteras Cruises for a day trip, they picked us up from the hotel/dropped us back off after the full day boat trip from Dassia. For food, we’d recommend a short stroll to Rex or Lampedina, both absolutely delicious.

Not much evening entertainment as such when we were there, Just a crooner playing electric piano and then him and a woman singing. Bland and not very exciting! But they’re doing the whole place up so would expect them to improve their offering. A better bet is to walk into town - it was always heaving and entertaining. We didn’t do the AI only B&B. Stuck to g&t and Mythos.

Dear Sarah, I am afraid not, the swimming pool most probably will be available after the 8th of April. However, you may enjoy the sun on a sunbed nearby. Thank you
