Separated from the main road by a river this hotel would be easy to miss if not using a satnav but is worth finding. Peaceful and quiet with excellent English speaking staff.

Covid-19 had forced changes but we always felt totally safe and could see why those changes had been made. There was less choice at dinner than there would usually have been but it was fine. Breakfast was served to you at the table and was a good range of meats, cheese and breads. The room was fine and we would happily stay there again.

Quite tricky to find as not signposted on the main road but once found it was a very pleasant find. Staff seemed to be a family and were all very friendly. The room was very basic but the shower was hot, room was clean and bed was comfortable. We had the window open so heard water flowing the whole time which was lovely. Evening meal was very basic but tasty and hot. Barman spoke great English he was the son, the daughter’s English was very good too. Breakfast was continental, fresh with good coffee. Very friendly and homely atmosphere. There was a pool but no water in it so didn’t get to use it. Overall a pleasant stay

Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Asked where we could eat breakfast with our dog and said we could be in the relaxation area, in the morning a table had already been moved in their for us! Beautiful room in the annex clean and large. Only negative is there is no sound proofing between the rooms, luckily our neighbours were quiet. Would definitely return!

It's in a beautiful garden, with nice pool (though relatively small) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked for 3 nights, but on arrival realized that there was no air conditioning (my fault for not noticing) but it was freakishly hot (nearly 40 degrees) and the room was quite small with no fan or balcony. The guy at reception was so helpful and changed my booking in the system from 3 nights to 1 night. He wasn't grumpy or offended and continued to be really friendly for the rest of our stay. The bar and restaurant was lively in the evening and we sat otuside for a drink which was nice.

Bad luck with extremely warm weather; no air-con, also about 10 min drive to nearest big place for bars and restaurants. Because it was so hot we didn't feel like walking so there is not much else to do there. If you want a really peaceful place and don't mind having to drive to restaurants, then it is a good place. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it was really busy and looked good.

This was a good hotel for our overnight stay early in May. It's a bit hard to find since you have to drive across a very narrow bridge but there are signs. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was simple and good, with all you would expect in a continental breakfast, including fresh bread and pastries.
The best part of our stay was the local information given to us by Mercedes - she supplied a map of the area and gave us good information about what to see in our short time there.
We would definitely stay here again.

Set in a lovely location with nice rooms, good food & great staff. The rooms are kept spotless as are all the public areas. They were very switched on regarding having the dog with us and even put a table in the conservatory so we could have Golfo with us for meals. We were there for 6 day exploring Asturias and the Picos de Europa & they didn't put a foot wrong. Thoroughly recommended!

In a stunningly beautifu location, this hotel has great facilities including a good-sized pool. The staff are really helpful and I was encouraged to practise my Spanish Ley the wonderful staff. My room had a fabulous view and wasn’t very comfortable,
The hotel is conveniently located for the port of Santander and is a great p,ace to enjoy a last evening in Asturias before the boat home!

Returned after several years and it was a real joy to be back. The place, the setting and the people are just something truly special. It is very well located to a lot of great things to do and see. Thanks to the entire staff -- literally everybody -- that made the stay so nice. Until next time because no hay dos sin tres! :)

Room Tip: The little annexes are great. Seat outside and watch the river flow right in front of your eyes.
