Thank you Angelica, Ana Karen, Isamar, Randy and Ruth. This were some of the best servers I have had at any restaurant. The attention was spectacular, the service was phenomenal, and the short conversations were beautiful. Thank you for making out trip absolutely wonderful. We love the Dominican people!!!!
After a few days at this resort, I have Good and Bad things to say.... Good it was a couple of their employees “Isamar/coofee stand and Bienvenido/Buffet restaurant” both of them were great in every aspect and made our stay very pleasant! The Bad experience was when we arrive and got ghe cards for the beach towels and they send us to 3 diferent places and no one knew where we can get them, untill finally we found some one who send us to the small kiosk by the beach where they rent the water sports , also another bad thing was the COVID test when we got it, we were told we will recieved an email the next day after 5pm if not we can go to customer service and ask for the results. Well.... it was almost 7pm a day after we took the test and we decided to go and ask at the front desk and they told us they are not responsable for those results, the we have to go back to the medical center and thats what we did, finally I asked why we didn’t recueved those emails and the person in there told us, because he didn’t sent them like it was a joke.?! Another issue we tried a couple different days one of those really early to make reservation to the restaurants and they were always bussy “packed” so we have nothing to say about those restaurants ..But other than that it was a great place and definetelly I will give them another shot!…
A group of 16 of us decided we have had enough of COVID and all the travel restrictions and decided to go to Dominican Republic for an escape. We stayed at the VIva Wyndham Dominicus Beach Resort and were pleasantly surprised! Despite being under staffed, they still provided a wonderful experience. The food was good and Willy made amazing omelets each morning. The facility was amazingly well kept and the staff very attentive. This trip was an escape from the virus world and turned out to be a trip that we would do again simply because the resort and location were amazing. See you next time!
We went back to Viva for the third time in 6 months and we feel like home! People are amazing: Randy always sweet takes care of you with amazing drinks; Irsitania and Yancarlo are beautiful souls and keep you entrained every day and Angelica makes you the best espresso at the bar. We can’t wait to be back soon!
I book this resort for 5 nights and end up staying just 2 nights this place could not get any worst some of the staff and management doesn't seem to care at all about the guests I set a very low expectations in my head because of the price I paid but my god even the low expectations was too high pay a little more and stay somewhere else where staff and management are happy to host guest it's very crowded only one bar is open you ofto wait in a very long line for a water down drink only one speciality restaurant is open other than the untasteful buffet beware of mosquito ponds they have next door
