Very well located. A 3 minutes walking from the beach, in wihich you can easily snorkel with sea turtles and sardines. Also na walking distance from good restaurants and the most famous bar in the region (Chilli Bar). Payed PHP350 for a bed in a dorm.

Moalboal Backpacker Lodge is in a perfect location as it is in Panagsama Beach, on the same street as the many restaurants, cafes, shops, dive shops, and tour agencies. The beach & the area where the famous Moalboal sardine run can be seen is just a few steps away. This hostel is a great place to stay for backpackers, especially...

As above, place is good and clean but unfortunately staff is unhelpful, unenthusiastic and sad... I had some miscommunication with my tour company with the canyoneering package. Needed to make a call to confirm but even as a guests despite having a hand phone in her and talking for so long minutes earlier she said she had no credit. The...

The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed at first for on night in a private room which was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. We extended our stay another night in a four bed mixed dorm which again was comfortable, only downside was there was no lock on the room door which made me a little anxious,...

Great location and nice accommodation - with CR in our room, they provided bath towels and tissue, there are hangers and cabinets where you can store your things, there's a charging station, and they provided with free coffee. Our room has a hammock outside, and it was good. Though the lock in our room was broken, our things were safe....

Stayed here 4 nights and had great time with some great people. Stayed in a single room which was really cool, small balcony with hammock, storage space and lock box in room. Common washroom and shower and really nice area for socializing, really cool crowd. Staff were almost invisible but still got things done. You can get free coffee and...

Staying at torsten's moalboal backpacker lodge made me feel home and i found myself staying there for more than two weeks. Torsten created his hostel for travelers who are on low budget and he did/does that with so much love and that's what you can feel during your stay! The lovely stuff is so caring, helpful and friendly and really...

Great location but 1. You can't sleep because people drink all night upstairs and wake you up at the breakfast area on the morning 2. We were, during the first night, at in the dorm downstairs and each of us were stolen half of our money. We were upstairs at the time of the robbery and there was only the...

We were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay our last 2 nights in moalboal, the hostel was perfect location right in the centre of everything! the staff were super friendly, cool communal areas. the beds were terrible, the bunk beds were tiny and the mosquito nets over the beds made zero space to move so very uncomfortable to...
