Tipolo was a great launching point for daily adventures in and around Moalboal. The beach front was small but a short distance into the water revealed the beautiful house reef, my husband and I explored this for hours using snorkels watch turtles, barracuda, sardines and even a diver or two go about their business. The room itself could use some...

Great place to visit with family or friends, perfect snorkelling right out the front, with plenty of turtles to be seen, best we experienced in the Philippines. Accommodation basic but all you need, highly recommend Room 1! Food excellent especially pizza's. Activities offered are very well organised and great experience. Staff and manager super nice and helpful from the moment...

Spent a few days here to checking out some of Cebu's highlights (Kawasan Falls, bit of let down; Mainit Springs - brilliant; Whales sharks - unforgettable). The manager (Jochen) made us feel very welcome and the staff (especially Rachel and Mary Jane) made our stay very special.

We just spent four nights at the Tipolo beach resort I. Moalboal. It was a very pleasant place to stay. I enjoyed having an in room safe. There is a small very quiet refrigerator in the room as well was a very quiet aircon unit. Although their beach is small they keep it clean. There already trees above the beach...

I am so thankful to have found this hidden gem in one of the most remote places in the world! Tipolo Beach Resort had that laid-back diver vibe, mixed with a day-time full of local activities & a nightlife fit for every type. Location: Tipolo is a small resort situated along the sea wall of Moalboal. Getting there gets a...

I really enjoyed my stay here! There are some good restaurants beside this resort if you dont like their menu. At night time, we stayed at the cliff area and we were able to do some star gazing. It was a memorable stay. The staffs were helpful too! ⛵️😊

Tipolo is in the more quiet and more cozy areas on Moalboal (Actually Pangsama). The popular area is about 10 minutes walking to the North. The Restaurant is good and the cottages and garden pretty and well maintained. You can snorkel right of the beach into a very nice reef. However the nicer areas are a bit down south. (See...

A small setup, with cottages almost on the beach, in a very laid back ambiance. Restaurant is good with plenty of choice, also for non-meat eaters. Recommended is the seafood pizza, very affordable (the owner must be sponsoring part of it :-D ). Staff (and owner) are very friendly and hospitable. The Planet Action tours (canyoneering, mountain biking, etc, same...

We almost stayed there but the arrogant and unwelcoming owner made sure we changed our mind. The rooms are right on the beach which is nice. It is a bit outdated and not so clean though. After the friendly staff lady showed us the room we told her we wanted to check out one more hotel. We walked past the...
